This app will take 3 plus minutes to load, if it loads at all. The bank and employees are great. This app does not refect that. It constantly crashes and experiences technical "issues" so freaking often, its almost simpler to drive to an ATM to obtain a balance. This app is a waste of phone space, and a drain on my batteries and patience that I cannot abide. My only regret us that I cant give negative stars as a rating on this app. Thank you.
Won't load since the recent update.
App is down as of 3/19/22 it won't work.
Easy to use, I just wish I could use mobile deposit if the check was for $300.00 or more. I tried a while back and got a notice that the amount was to much so I had to make a trip to the physical bank when I had a chance.
Very easy to use! Interface is extremely user friendly. Love the instant internal transfer and check deposit! Thank you Cullman Savings Bank, in my case the Hanceville branch and Megan is always very quick and smart!!
Does not work yet on Android 12. Will adjust stars when they update to be compatible with Android 12.
So far, all works as it should. Saves me a bunch of travel time & is very user friendly. Thanks CSB!
Easy and conveniently I love being able to deposit checks from my phone.
Good but sometimes you can't pay your Bill's online because it is unavailable.
Works well, but every now and again it will crash and needs to be reinstalled.
Like any app it has its pros and cons im honestly not a big fan of the app id rather use the website
