This used to be my favorite travel site / app. Since I redownloaded it a week or so ago, I haven't been able to get past the login page of the app. I just get 502 errors everytime I try to skip the login page or login with my email address. I hope they can fix this issue soon because this is one of my favorite apps.
As it stands the app is not currently worth installing. My wife had it on her phone and every time she tapped an article the app would disappear and she would be back at Android home page. Tried everything including multiple reinstalls to no effect. I then installed it on my different make of phone and same result. Up to this point she found it extremely useful but she's currently given up on it.
I run more than 100 apps on my phone. Culture Trip is the only app that crashes. Any time I click on an article, it crashes. I uninstalled it. Cleared phone's memory and cache. Reinstalled. Same thing - crashes every time. One UI Version - 4.1 Android Version - 12 Samsung Note 20 Ultra
Recently Culture Trip doesn't work at all which is a shame because this used to be one of my favorite apps when researching a place I would like to visit. I can search places but not w/o errors and I can't create plans or add places to a plan. ☹️ Please fix!
Honestly it's one of the best free travel guide apps. I really enjoyed it. It doesn't only give you basic information about countries and cities but will also tell you all the good stories about them and in those countries.
Since the update 4 days ago none of the articles will open (oneplus 8 pro running on the latest Android). The app either errors and fires back to landing screen or kicks you out of the app.
The best app for travelling, but sometimes it doesn't work properly, some articles just close the app, which is a bit annoying.
This has been a good resource in the past. However, it keeps crashing (when trying to open any of the articles following a search for Athens).
Always very helpful to read here before going on a trip. Especially enjoy the ability to download articles offline, which I then re-read on the train or plane while travelling in to my next destination. Many lical insider tips, lists of things to do and almost always an article on special things to do with kids (grandkids)
Looks like it could be a great app but everytime I click on an article it crashes. Tried to uninstall and install but that didn't help.
Kindly resolve the bug issue. I am not able to open some of tourist destinations. When i click it automatically switch to initial page. Please resolve
Sadly it's not possible to login into the app, so it's not possible to use the app. It's kinda sad cause reading from older comments the problem is still happening. So I'm guessing that 🤔 the app is deprecated and nobody is giving support.
About as much use as a chocolate teapot. I've just installed it on my new phone but like others, I get the dreaded 502 error and the app refuses to open
Can't get past the opening page, whether to sign in, create a new account, or "skip" - I keep getting an error code 502. I plan to uninstall
Used to be one of the best travel apps. Now it just keeps on crashing. Maybe a bug with the last update, but anyhow it made the app totally useless.
I've tried downloading this a few times over the last few years. It still seems unstable, constantly crashing
I wonder why I did not get this app before, Earlier always searching everything about travel in internet. Very useful, handy with all sorts of information in every section of travel anywhere.
Cannot use the app. Tried signing in but it kept coming up with a 502 error. Won't even let me use the app without signing in. Just updated the app too
Terrible app. After deleting cookies it stops working and opening articles. Only solution is to re-install.
Might be ok if i could actually use it. Constant crashing not just on my phone but on my tablet as well. Sort it out?

Content is good but the app can not be used: the app reboots or crashed when you click on most articles!
overall a lot of good content, helpful for planning a trip but some limitations 1. can't copy and paste so it's tough to make a quick list. 2. it would be awesome to be able to select specific destinations from lists of "must see" places and then generate your itinerary & export to maps, this would really step it up.
Incredible app. I don't usually rate apps but this one has really impressed me. Great UI, awesome content. Smashing. Have used it a lot to plan an upcoming road trip in the US. My one suggestion for a next release is the ability to share Lists with other users. It's rare for me to plan a trip solo so being able to share ideas with a co-traveller would be really useful.

Same as many others, used to love it, now I can't get past the login page..I hope it's going to be fixed!
Used to love this app. Now, it doesn't work. Culture Trip is a great resource to use when you're researching and building an itinerary of places you want to visit. The problem currently is the app keeps giving me error messages. Can't sign in, can't search anything. I've tried on my tablet AND phone. It's almost non functional. Even their WEBSITE doesn't work when you try to search places. I don't know what's going on, but they really need to fix it. It seems like their whole system is botched.
