Culver's

I tried to use this last weekend but it only allows for a choice of different cars as pickup vehicles. Because I was biking, I was not able to use it. It would be great if more method of travel could be included in pickup. I know there are many people in my area who do not own cars, and they are excluded for being able to do online ordering because of this design. Adding bike and pedestrian options would make for a much more inclusive app.

User interface is nicely organized, but no choices can actually be selected, tapping on a product only shows a description with no way to add it to your cart. This makes the app practically useless and frustrating. This may be different on iOS, but there's no way I'd recommend this app to anyone until the aforementioned errors are resolved. If I could give a negative star rating I would do so.

App was fine, then just last week it wouldn't recognize my login/password & I had to do an order as a guest. Did forgot password 3x, but it never sent me an email. Now the app won't even open. Also, there's no option to customize items, like if you don't want ice in your soda. All you can customize is what's provided. Also, the options for car description aren't great. No option to type in a car color that's not on the list, I always see workers wandering the lot with food confused.

None of the mix-in selections worked for building a concrete mixer. And I would also like to have options for choosing no salt/no seasoning for the burgers, fries, and onion rings. Any options available when ordering at Culver's should also be available through the app. Also, the nutrition information should include more, especially sodium content. The app is not near as useful as it could be.

Very frustrating... the app makes you log in EVERY time. And default lication is a thousand miles away. Unable to use app to order ahead for pick-up. No prices listed on menu. In other words you have to log in and jump through hoops just to look at pictures of their food. Kind of pointless.

I would like to be able to indicate that I am arriving by bike or on foot. If you can't add to vehicle options, please make a data field for special instructions to make your app usable for pedestrians and cyclists and therefore more family- and neighborhood-friendly, especially in the summer! Otherwise, app works well.

Doesn't work at all. I attempted to use their 'Curd' side pick up feature and it was completely useless. I couldn't even get to the payment point. Additionally, my friend tried on their iPhone and the Check-In feature didn't work there. Basically a completely useless app.

While the app is useful, it doesn't allow many options for cars. It has limited color choices and doesn't have an "other" option for non standard color vehicles. If that were changed I'd be able to actually use it but as I dont want food I purchase being brought to the wrong vehicle I am currently unable to use the app as intended.

2 problems: 1) There is no place to add extras, such as the ranch dressing my family always wants with the cheese curds 2) I always miss the checkmark in the upper corner of the credit card screen & end up accidentally backing out & then have to enter it all over again. The screen should just have a normal text box to continue.

Mobile ordering is so-so. Little to no modifications available (no ice please) and good luck if you want condiments. Also, you can't check in until you get there so you get to watch the person you would've been behind in the drive thru order, pay, and leave before you go.

Immediate uninstall. First, I search for the app, got nothing. Then I look in my app history, oh, there it is. Install it (since our local store has online ordering now). Opened it, and got nowhere. TRASH 🗑️ Love the food, hate the app. Guess I gotta stick to using the browser! 🤷🏽‍♂️

This app is a waste of time. Culver's should either upgrade it or pull it. At the very least, rename rename it. It is at least 5 years behind. The only good uses are if you want to know nutritional content or the flavor of the day. Seriously Culver's, you spend a fortune on paper coupons that end up in landfills; instead, put them in your app and people will actually use them. Add online ordering and a rewards program. Allow people to save their favorites once you have online ordering. For now, I am leaving the app installed in hopes of a positive response with a commitment to a better app.

When you want to pick the sides it won't select it. I thought I was doing something wrong, but it shows that everyone is having this issue. I have the app on my phone for awhile now due to the same issue. Then I either go and order at the restaurant or I order from somewhere else.

The most pointless fast food app out of all the chains. No deals, no promotions. I don't understand the point of it. The menu is exactly the same 90% of the time. The only reason I see anybody using it is to find out what the flavor of the day is and that's not worth downloading an app.

The app looks user friendly however I have never been able to complete a mobile order has a cart and menu option but you can not select items to put in the cart so essentially you cannot order online with this app. The app only remains on my phone to see the menu. The company should strongly consider integrating mobile orders durring the pandemimic although we are already 7 months into it🙄

Limited options for condiment choice; can't select anything other than preselected options (no extra text box to enter extra details in like with other ordering apps either). Would rather just wait in the drive through, even as long as they are right now.
