Great customer service, Joseph was really helpful 5/5/22 Adding to my review I originally gave this app 5 stars I've changed it due to the fact there is no option for savings if you want to pay cash! All other store loyalty programs offer savings by just using the card/app! It's just seems that should be an option! Also not all store systems will let you use the card if you don't have your phone handy.

Great app, love saving on gas. Only complaint is that when rewards gives me a free product, 80% of the time it is out of stock. Also it is not restocked until after the free offer expires. :((((( Plus, more rewards are given when you first sign up, then quickly fall off and are very limited and far between. Not the greatest idea for maintaining customer loyalty.

I had never had a problem until the last 2-3 weeks. All of a sudden, the app didn't recognize where the gas pump/gas station actually was. I couldn't get it to work at all. The problem is apparently now resolved. The app worked perfectly today. It seems to be repaired so I was once again able to use it without any trouble. It is sooo convenient when it is working. I'm hoping this was a one time glitch because I normally love the app!!

The store locator is very tough to use. Once you select a store and go into the more info/map, backing out will send you back to the menu forcing you to search again. It's easier to just use Google. Only reason for 2 stars is the discount on fuel.. even that doesn't really matter anymore. Also there is no way to exit the application. Will revise to 5 stars when an exit button is added.

Have tried to take advantage of the smart pay rewards by buying qualifying items for the extra .10 cents off discounts. My last 3 transactions, 2 2 for $4.50 Gatorade and buy 3 mtn dew energy have to given me the discount. With gas prices rising getting every discount counts. Now I'm out 30 cents a gallon bc the app didn't applu it. Ugh.

Ridiculous contraction on gas nozzle. Cumberland seriously couldn't think of a better place to place the gloves instead you place it on the nozzle so people have to twist their hands And wrist getting hurt just to pump gas! I almost dropped the damn thing multiple times and then it leaked because I couldn't handle the nozzle it when I finished. If that's being kept on the nozzles I don't want gas from cumberlands anymore.

Love the perks. Easy to use especially during covid. No need for using card. Can also pay at self serve kiosk using app. Nice to always get a discount and the free items

Love this app! Easy to use, especially for getting gas during torrential Florida rain storms! Rewards are great, I've tried some products that I wouldn't have tried on my own because of the freebies they offer. Also it's one less place I have to expose my debit card info.

I used this app for years and now I can no longer use it. I switched bank accounts and when I wanted to update my info the customer service agent told me my bank doesn't support this program. The only way to use the app is through your bank. Although I don't have it, the customer service agent told me Chime is not compatible with smartpay, which is one of the most popular banks. I will miss using SmartPay, they should allow alternative forms of payment.

Just like having free money!! Great app. it's great for traveling on road trips up-and-down the coast . you can just walk into any store and buy sodas or other items and you don't even have to have your wallet with you . it'll take it right out of ur checking account . same thing with gas . Love it ! there are good rewards offered too.

The savings are great when getting drinks, snacks and gas. I also enjoy receiving an additional 10 cents on the special times of the month, season, and year.

Solid app that works consistently, very convenient for getting gas and making purchases. I'd give it a higher rating if it didn't regularly force me to log in with a separate set of credentials.

Works great when it works. One day, I went to use it, and the whole screen jumped up and down rapidly. The only way to get it to stop was to uninstall. I redownloaded and will try again.

Convenient and easy. Excellent for touchless transactions. And discount gas at Cumberland.

We love the pizza and ordering through the app is cost effective with the discount & I love my freebies. It helps to save $0.20/gal during summer because gas is ridiculous. Wish they'd fix the glitch so your pizza order actually shows up. I have to call to them to verify or they get no notification & I wind up waiting. Saved me today! 7 miles to empty, 30miles from home and forgot my wallet. Found fastrac & was able to fuel up & get home safely.

Fairly easy and reliable, set up took some time but at least all the questions and requirements made sense. I read a comment that mentioned the desire for this app to charge a credit card instead, and I agree that that would be awesome. Saving .20 per gallon right now is nice either way though!

Error message when pin entered. Customer service says reset password. I reset password and it still doesn't recognize it. We've used this app for years and never had this issue before.

Extremely inaccurate fuel price. Price was 15 cents a gallon higher than app said. Instead of gas being $3.81 as advertised, it would have been $3.96 according to the pump. After driving out of my way to go to the local station, I turned around and went to a Speedway down the road and paid $3.86. This is not the first time there was a price discrepancy, but first time it was this large.

It's actually a pretty good app. Once you know your license number and connected to your bank it makes buying gas and stuff in the store really easy and a good backup in the event you lose your wallet. You have to give you free stuff like every week and a 10-cent discount on gas particularly helpful given that it's over $4 a gallon

Company only cares about the money. I've been using this app since 2018 to get gas at Cumberland farms without an issue, but recently my bank kicked back the payment for unknown reasons and smart pay charged me $25 for the fee. The guy I talked to seemed like he couldn't care less about the situation, and honestly seemed he may of barely qualified for the job of "customer service".. I was cordial with him as I know he's not the one charging me. I'm done with the service, as well as Cumberland.

Everytime I try to change my store, the app freezes up and I need to exit the app.

Ok at first I was in irritated that had to download another app but I admit that it's pretty easy and convenient really like that you can turn gas pumps on from phone without using your debit/credit card just link a card to app done so easy.
