It's really handy and even has my old 1988 Big Cam listed but the app itself doesn't work properly. Back button doesn't function and there's no navigation. Have to force close the app just to change categories. It also would be nice if it could save the serial number instead of entering it every time.
Used to be a quick serve indeed but has been adulterated and rendered useless. You put an ESN but goes on to ask about Creating a Ticket which is not even explained on the procedures of doing so. Kindly work on improving this important tool by even including the Photos of the Parts and Components. That would be a game changer and can influence me to give it a Four Star rating.
I can't even get past the engine number login. It says that I need to create a ticket but I only get to put my name and email... it will not let me access reason. I had high hopes for this app to be able to get genuine cummins parts but I am very disappointed and can't get past the 1st page.. I will be Uninstalling it.
Used to work great to navigate the engine parts segments not anymore. Once you select a part or component segment there is no back button, its non operational so to search for other parts segments one has to close the window and launch the app again.
See all the other comments that are one star. Terrible App. would be a great help for me, in the Navy, work with a lot of Cummins marine engines but this app doesn't work. No back button, no pictures, doesn't retain ESN, isn't linked to online quickserve account, etc. Please fix this....
2020, app still doesn't work. I don't even see a login option. It'll take the ESN but then you can't even view the Engine Dataplate to see the ECM Calibration. Why even have this app in the Play Store if it isn't even supported? Google just pull all of these apps already. I haven't seen One review stating that this works, not one.
This was once a very useful app that appears to have been abandoned. No updates in 6 years and now has stopped working altogether.
Installed on my smartphone. Entered the engine serial number and got the flashes for fault codes and it said none of them were applicable to the engine serial number. Also wouldn't give me the worthless information until I was connected to wifi.
No in app navigation, can't use back button. Have to restart if you go into wrong part of the engine system. Makes the app impossibly cumbersome to use
Does not work with Andriod 8.0. Starts but goes to black screen. Does work on Apple. Parts listed only, no images. Good reference for faults, fault info. If looking for engine parts, must be knowledgeable in the Cummins engine. Simple
Haven't been able to load part breakdowns, just stays on a dark grey screen. Can't wait to try it once it works. Pixel 2 Xl
Does not retain the ESN you have to enter it every time. Also no back or exit. You have to close the app to look at something else.
It can be better, a bit messed up on part categories, will be best if there is some drawings just like part book.
It says submit quickserve ticket. App does not even function. maybe its not compatable with new phones because I used this on my older phones no issue
When it works it's good.. but past 3 weeks it's having authentication error and option to rectify it
Cannot use back button. You have to close the app to check the other parts. Sometimes blank page only after you input the engine number
most importantly needs a back button or something and #2 it would be nice if it would save your engine serial number #3 stick with diesel motors your company would fail if you went into app making
Nice app but is very annoying when you need to exit the app to go back in if you did not choose the correct menu option
Open the program and the screen is gray. Nothing happens, no options, no menus, just gray.
The back button doesn't work. Cool if you know where you're going but to look for things in different categories and click the wrong thing; you will have to start over
App recognizes my engine serno, but doesn't come up with available parts... or any other information. Useless until all of this is fixed
App was good but lately you can't use the back button. Very frustrating.
Does not launch... updated and the same happened. Just takes me to a black screen.

Same as everyone else. No back button, ESN not retained. I thought this would be a great aid as a Ram Cummins owner who does his own work. As it stands now I'd say it's 99% useless.

Not user friendly, no back button. Not enough information found.
Useful app for reference and research. Information available in app gets 4/5 stars, but not being able to go back to the previous menu due to no in-app navigation and app not responding to 'back' button on my device gets 2/5 stars. (Samsung Note 9 with Android 10) I have to close the app entirely, then resubmit the engine serial number, then navigate back to where I should've been able to go with one button. Looking forward to revising this review after navigation improvements.
