It never keeps me signed in for too long so constantly resigning in kinda sucks, but what really makes me dislike this app is I've been having issues just checking my balance. I click refresh & it says invalid session & signs me out immediately so i can't even see my balance.

I'm honestly scared now that this app may be a ruse but it has been on the play store for a few years so i assumed it is safe. It asks for the card number and cvc code to create an account but then reports account not active. I called customer support and they said they don't have any reference for supporting the app. Well I guess I won't be loading this card with more than a few dollars. Would be nice for app developer to explain or reply to the 20 plus negative reviews. I know this is a credit union third party program, but there needs to be some accountability here.. were dealing with money here. Trust is earned not given

I can log in on your site but on the app my username is invalid. There are different rules for making a username on the site vs the app. The app is TRASH. Now I have to use a web browser just to check my balance and thanks for the 2 hours I wasted to figure that out. 👍

I can't even create a new account. It keeps giving me a server error. Useless

I have been unable to sign in for the last week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still nothing. It just says couldnt connect to server. I am over this.

I REFILLED MY CARD WITH $5,000.00 YESTERDAY AT THE CREDIT UNION. TRANSACTION NUMBER 670096 AND TODAY YOU SAY THAT I HAVE A ZERO BALANCE. CAN'T CONTACT ANYONE DO TO ZERO BALANCE IN ACCOUNT. I MUST LEAVE ON A BUSINESS TRIP TOMORROW. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!

Cannot create a login. I keep getting the same message "Server response error". I have tried a number of times.

Won't let me log in! Even after refreshing log in info on web site. App continually tells me it TIMES OUT while trying to log in.

This application is down with new cards. I can't enroll on the website nor on the application!!!!! Please fix this soon!!!!! I can't even submit an email to show you what is wrong with the application and the website!!!!!! Beyond frustrated!!!!!!!

This app froze after a transaction and never showed any changes after only using it for two days. Very disappointed. I was excited to have something like this but with glitches like this I will not use it again

After waiting several months, I tried again to register card. Again no luck. This app should be removed from the play store.

This app works nicely. I can check my balance, see my activity and load money. As a tip for other reviewers, you need to create NEW credentials for the app. This is not connected to the Web version.

This app is pure trash!! Reloaded it several times. Still cant log on. We know it's not the same log on as the computer and we need to make one. This app just doesnt work.!!!!! Tired of trying. From the reviews, it's been bad for months now.......smh.
