I've never had a problem before with this app since I had it which has been years and now all of a sudden I can't sign in the app but for some reason I can open the internet browser and get in on there, it makes no sense. I've done the same thing over and over with uninstalling the app and installing it back. Still haven't resolved the issue and I will not call cus I'll get charged. Please fix this issue.

I have been charged $5.00 for asking for help with login problems and still no help ! I can't use the app until someone that works here fix the problem . Every time I call they charge me . Still waiting for assistance from them .This is ridiculous . No help at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled still can't login . Nothing works. Useless app. They did fix the issue with login! So I changed my rating. Thank you.

App stopped working and wont let you log in. Support is non responsive. Horrible app and horrible tech support. Also I'm on the latest version so it will doesn't work. App hasn't been updated since May 2021

The app is down!!!! I uninstalled the app and re-installed the app and now i can't sign in as it says my username and password are not correct, yet i can use the same username and password on the website and everything works fine!!!! What the HELL is going on!!!!! Why is no one fixing this mess!!!!!

VERY poorly written app. Was able to login one time only; after that it fails completely. Consistanly fails to allow login. Deleting app data etc doesn't help. Even deleting app and re-installing makes no difference. Please Note: I am able to login to this Travel Card from a pc.

Great for keeping up with my balance. Very convenient for monitoring my transactions and making sure I get any refunds on returns or purchases. I also enjoy not haveng to deal with any automated calls. I havent had to use it but I like the lock function for if I do need it.

I can not access but a very limited amount of transactions. It is not helpful when trying to contact for help. I'm actually considering switching to a different card company. I like the notifications . Overall I am not happy with the limited things I can do with the app.

Card expired. Can't get stupid app to accept a new card even after deleting and reinstalling app. Cuustomer assistance of NO help. Update: I only get the same canned response everyone else gets for their problem. How about turning off the robot response function and dealing with the issues?

Love it! I can check on my card whenever I want and easily cancel it if the card is lost! Edit. Except now I can no longer get into my account. Hoping reinstalling it helps.

Despite the negative reviews, I downloaded it anyhow. When I executed the app, I was told that Google Play was unavailable then. I uninstalled the app. I then went to cumoney web site using Chrome on the phone and everything worked fine. You can keep the app.

I gave you a 3 star rating because I shouldn't have to be charged a $1.50 to call support after the first call. If you have to call them three times then you are charged $5.00! How are you supposed to get help if you can't call the customer support without getting charged a Stupid Fee?

I don't know what happened to this app, but it's not working anymore. I've uses this app doe years and had no issues. What happened? I need to be able to keep tabs on my account.was easy to use

This app is a great app however it would be even more useful if the transactions were 45 days. It normally takes 60 days 2 do all the connections that I use this app for however 45 days of transactions would be a great asset to this app thank you

It worked really nicely... Once. After that it would give me an error message saying something went wrong. Checked for an update, no update

The app was good at first. But now it's not letting me get in. Keeps saying that it can't process my account and to try again later. I have to go to my sisters account to look at my card balance.

It worked for a while and now I can't even log into the app or online 😒 I have a subscription to a streaming service with my card and cannot tell if it gets paid because I can't log in

Keeps on saying "we are unable to process your request at this time" when I try to log in (Update: reinstalling work)

App has been down for days. Uninstalling it doesn't work because now you're not even recognized as a user.

This was a great app, now new login asks to enter all your security info and ss . Are you nuts! I'm not putting all my bank info into a phone app totally sucks

It worked fine for a while but suddenly i wasn't aboe to log into my account yet i could log in on my laptop it kept telling me "error: we couldnt complete your request"

The app won't let me sign in even tho I had no issues using it when I got my card now I can't even get my password or acount name

Cant activate my card, cant register, cant do anything. Website and app are useless and not working.

For some odd reason I can login through the app. And whoever replies to these reviews I do have the latest update, so what's the problem?

The worst I've ever dealt with! Couldn't load the card online or by phone. Called the customer service for them to say there's nothing they can do. A waste of time and money

Have account set up but can't long in and when requesting if forgot username or password get no response when submit my email and then have no way to review my account information

Poor app. Requests access to phone book and to make calls. Super suspicious

It works most of the time but still less reliable now I'd like a banking app to be.

doesnt allow to sign up with the app. this is totally useless.

This app is great until till thay change up then you got to go through it all over again.

So dumb gets on my nerves I try to enroll and it keeps highlighting red and wont let me proceed uninstalling waste of time
