Students and faculty are not required to obtain or use a Gmail account to use this application.
Faculty are reminded that, even if they get a Gmail account, they must use their CUNY email address for university business.

The app crashes on daily basis. Definitely needs a redesign updated look. Login is always an issue just like their website, even after typing in the correct info to login.
I think this app needs more work, I would have prefer to see an option to do a class search and my planner options incorporated. The login was an easy process which I am glad and it provides your emplid but other than that I did not find this app helpful.
I CAN NOT access my information from here! I plug everything in and the app closes without anything else. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled to no avail.
You would think with everything being online they would at least update the app so that it could be used. The app won't even launch on my phone.

You download the app putting your information in, and the minute you open it!!!! It cuts off.
Cuny really needs to update cunyfirst and blackboard, in this age of remote learning, these website are extremely outdated, mobile apps for them are non existent

Help! Up until today this app worked. Now instead of showing queens college with my classes its showing my last school laguardia and the last classes I took there.... in 2011! I tried changing semester but 2019 doesnt exist. Please fix as app is useless without access to current schedule.
