Used to be a great banking app before the update. Its had some okay moments with the new app, but recently it wont let me in at all. Its been a steady decline and only getting worse.
This simply doesn't work. I get the "processing" thingy and it doesn't go away or let me sign in. So frustrating to not be able to bank on mobile anymore.
App was doing great then it started to keep randomly closing out on me. I can't make deposits or check my accounts.
Always buggy. Hardly ever loads in and when it does it often closes out when depositing checks. Update 1/24, app still buggy, no updates or attempts to be fixed. Uninstalling soon. Update 2/27, still absolutely trash.
Best banking experience I've ever had. I have moved out of state; however, I still have this bank and had the best experience, however, since they've updated, the app has been buggy constantly. Have to restart the app several times to log in, sometimes i can't log in because it won't permit me. Edit-app is just about useless. Can't log in to save my life. Absolutely Unreliable. Moving to another bank. Sorry fellas, you guys were good too me for a while. Now i can't access my funds.

Overall a great app and you have control over things like transfers though they could have told me scheduled transfers is what I'm looking for instead of my having to figure it out for myself. It gave me an error setting up transfers for the same day, saying it couldn't be processed but was scheduling them anyway. Knowing what you're looking for in the app is invaluable. Overall a great app once you understand what to look for.
Used to be a good app. Since the last update, all it does is load. I can log in and see what my balance is, nothing else. Can't look at individual accounts, can't move funds in the app; it's well and truly broke. EDIT: Even at home, where the loading sometimes stops, now it shows my personal account but not the joint one-- which shows up on the website so there's no excuse.
The new app update is horrible. Not user friendly at all. I have several accounts and it has now lumped them all together on one screen instead of having them separate and being able to toggle between then like on the old app. Even if you set filters you have to do it every time you enter the app it doesn't keep the setting. It would have been nice to have seen a beta of this app and been asked for feedback before the launch. I'm not happy at all and want the old one back!!!!
While I still like the bank, this app is pretty useless. Loading time between pages is so long, frequently the request will just time out. The landing screen is less straight forward than the previous version, and makes seeing balances and making transfers unnecessarily complicated. Making a transfer takes you through about five screens, all of which might time out or just start you over again for some reason. Hopefully they fix it, in the meantime it's a super frustrating app.
Easy to use. Works and loads very fast. I have never had an issue using this app. It has been a game changer for me when needing to switch money to and from accounts. There are multiple ways to receive quick and easy help. Great sense and feel of security. Overall, it has the best layout compared to other banking apps, it's direct, straightforward, and super easy to use.
The recent update is several major strides backwards. After the update the app is slower, more cumbersome, and confusing. Important things for banking like ease of use, comprehensive and user friendly UI, and quick load times were sacrificed for bloated "sleek" design. Having people watch screens load in piece by piece like we're stil on Dial-up in 2002 is a pretty revolutionary redesign here guys. Back to the mobile web page we go.
I literally HATE the new app. The old one was way easier to use and look at! I hate that the withdrawls and deposits are opposite... ie, withdrawls are shown as positive numbers in the account and deposits are shown as negative numbers (-20). It makes no sense!!! I like how the old way was laid out better and it had deposits shown in green and withdrawls shown in red. Just made it much easier for quick glance balance checking. And it made me change my password that I've had forever!
I regularly have issues with this app and have to delete it for a few days and then reinstall.
Check deposit does not work. I try to take a picture of the check and it says success and then the app resets itself and it goes back to like I never submitted a photo of the check.
Whoever updated the app messed it up. Was working perfectly fine, now can't even get past the login processing screen to access accounts alot of the time. Should probably correct the issue rather than damage your reputation like this. Sure it's complicated coding but this is a terrible look for Cuofco. Literally had to login 7 different times only to get processing then timeout. Now I have to uninstall/reinstall. Your probably losing customers. What bugs/enhancements did 3/11 fix?
Previous years of mostly good experience with customer service. However, this is the second app "upgrade" that has completely wiped out my long list of payees AND previous online payment history within bill pay. Instead of entering all this information again, subject to the next improvement, I am changing banks to one with a long term stable platform.
Not one to normally complain but since the recent update I have been having longer screen loading times. Most the time it happens when trying to open an account to check what transactions have went through. While it's trying to load I can back up a page but it still remains loading. I can't do anything else until the loading circle goes away.
Waited weeks between the last app stopping working and the release of this one. It does not work. I login and it immediately puts me in a loop of creating a new account, which is not the option I chose, and it had just let me login with my old credentials. Very upset as for the last few weeks I've had to make the half hour drive to deposit checks in person because of this.
I've used this bank for over 28 years and all from Texas. It wasn't the easiest in the beginning when I had to do things like mail in checks and wait days for that deposit, but they've been right on top of keeping up with the times through the years to make the newest electronic capabilities available to make mobile banking fast and effortless. Their customer has always been exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Since the most recent update this app has become almost useless. It takes forever to sign in, pages load slowly and I don't find it easy to navigate my way around the app. The old app worked perfectly fine...DON'T FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKEN. Please do something quickly to fix all these problems. I rely on my online banking app!!!
When the app loads it works great. It has good styling and layout; however, I can rarely get it to load. ESTABLISHING SECURE CONNECTION is as far as I get 90% of the time, then it times out and I try again. FRUSTRATING!! The old app worked great, a real change for the worse on this new app.
I hate this new app! After spending close to 20 minutes setting up a new account, I tried to deposit a check. The new system kept telling me to "use the front of the check". I finally gave up after several attempts. The new interface is extremely basic and hard to navigate. The main screen gives so much useless information that it's hard to tell which is your balance.
This app works great for my needs. The only thing that doesn't work great is setting up scheduled transfers/payments. It is hit and miss, so I don't rely on that. I have never had a problem manually making payments/transfers, and it usually only takes minutes to be successful.
Credit Union of Colorado is a superb credit union and is always finding ways to better service members. This app is easy to learn and navigate. I've never had the app crash or malfunction. I find it is definitely safe and reliable. The updates are always great and have only made the app better. If you are a member and dont have this app quit waiting.
Decent app. Some of the UI/UX needs to be fixed. Especially the schedule transfer option which does not allow you to see the date you are selecting. You can see the month & year just fine, but the dates only show up as the first number which is annoying.
Good bank, but it's been a few months since the last update messed up the app. I log in often to make check deposits and most of the time the app gives me a processing screen and stays stuck. Again, it's been months an this problem has not been fixed.
It's times like this when you realize how painfully backwards the average person is. CUofCO sent out multiple emails clearly explaining the transition process from the old app to the new one for Android users. What are most of the one star reviews for the app in the last month? People that either didn't or couldn't read those clear instructions. The new app works well, and the process for creating the new account login details was simple.
The new updates have been terrible. The app doesn't stay open, I can't make deposits, or transfers.
Bring it back to basics please. This app used to be really simple to use. Now when i need to pay my credit card bill for the month, im stuck for 15 minutes trying to do such a simple task because its now hidden in "transfers", or its a tiny little blue button?? Please, I just want to click the dang credit card account and pay the bill without the headache of figuring out where in the app I need to go to pay since it seems to change every other update.
