This app is probably the slowest most painful application on my phone. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall and pray to the heavens it will keep its act together. It will freeze inbetween page loads that is if you can actually login then when you close it to try to start fresh you can't even get the thing open. Love cuone, hate this app.
Worst app . I put in all my information correctly and it doesn't recommend my device 😑!!! Very discouraging, fix this app ! Yes I downloaded the cell app for my phone and it still doesn't work!!! Waste of my time and whoever was trying to help me when I called the number!!! On the phone for over two hours trying to get the app to work😡😠😣 FIX IT PLEASE
This App is slow in start up, I cant access the App getting error message an its not my phone with the promblem. Its slow to access when i sign on.
Too many holds. I can't follow each transaction thoroughly because so many holds for days at a time; I think its an institutional downfall not so much an app error.
This takes forever to load. Sometimes cant pull up the app. 5/6/20 the app isnt loading.....doesnt need to be updated...its not working at all

With the current update and new design of the app, it doesn't display properly on my screen. The display doesn't support mobile screens based on the format and will not shrink when I pinch the screen. I can't see more than 3/4 of the screen in either portrait or landscape mode now so I can't do my banking with the app. The programmers need to make this app mobile display friendly with the new digital banking experience or it's not worth keeping on my phone.
