So far I found 4 error on the new version, FIX IT for god sake. 1. Even when i am offline, it keeps buzzing for the new trips (Android version) 2. after getting a trip offer when it expires , it continuously keeps ringing, you have to restart the app to stop the ringing (iOS version) 3.after "passenger in car" it doesn't show the full dropoff address anymore, you have to go back to the trip offer to get the full address (both iOS n android) 4. The location tracking is messed up, pls figure out
The worst app ever. Could I give zero star I would. The mobile application was processed in two different trips and curb would it declined after passenger left. They say they can't nothing. How will I get my money?
An app what a cab drivers really need to have one on their phone or system.
Registering is useless. I have my own vehicle with the same insurance required of their fleet partners yet they want me to join a fleet and have to pay the people weekly for a car I already have with TLC plates on it.
I got stuck where it's asking for TLC license number. It says it cannot connect with the servers
Terrible you need to refresh every few days by deleting and reloading or you are out of luck getting fares
Attention all drivers this CURB app is stealing your money. After you dropoff a customer and the credit card isdeclined or no sufficient funds. You DRIVE will NOT GOT PAY.

The agents, employees, and representatives of Curb are hostile, passive-agressive, rude, abusive, and lack a simple sense of empathy. There is an absence of awareness regarding the value that is inherent in serving the underserved of New York City. What makes Curb doubly shameful is the fact that the MTA had to be sued twice to even get this far.
Curb should stop ripping off drivers who you have a contract with AAR.

The worst app definitely. For the following reasons. 1 - they don't pay drivers for cleaning fee like vomit or urine or any passengers miss 2- they don't pay for cancelation fees or no show 3-they skip payment from time to time meaning they will show on the app that you were paid but when checking with your bank no payment!
