I have been trying for over an hour to order HEB curbside groceries, first it would accept Explorer 11, then after installing Chrome/Google, it still doesn't work, I thought I would try the curbside deliver at Wooded Acres Heb, if it is not available why advertise it?
The town I live in has at least 7-8 curbside pickup stores and the app says it can't find any
says there's no curbside in St Joseph. I know there is. Worthless app. Fix it. No better than CS in store.
it wont let me put order in, i know the one by my house does curbside but it says noooooo.
So apparently now this is a CVS pickup app only in the bay area, but the pics still show Westfield Valley Fair being available. Terribly misleading and disappointing. Way to sell out, curbside. Surprised that Westfield still lets you use their mall in your bait and switch app.

I use curbside on those hectic days of the week! I just order my items, and usually its ready within an hour.
CANNOT log into my account. Keep getting sign in error. Uninstalled then reinstalled and same issue !

Doesn't matter how good or bad the app is if your order is never ready within 30 min of when promised.
This is the worst app and company. It keeps telling me my password is wrong and I have submitted my email address 8 times and still, hours later, have not gotten anything from the company. I give up. I managed to use once... and I guess I never will again.
Are you guys ever going to fix the refer a friend option? The PROMO was get $10 off for you & then when you refer... right after I referred multiple people "the referral service goes down" & has been for months!
Keeps signing me out despite repeated logins. Items are cheaper in store, and you usually have to go in anyway.

First time using the app. I used a referral code but "Unfortunately, the referral program is under maintenance."
Might as well just call it CVS-side since that's the only store on the app now. Used to have a bunch of stores. Now just 1. Oh well. Movin on.
Higher priced than using CVS app. Also don't use these scamer 10 off referral coded. There are plenty 15 off codes search google..
This used to be one of my favorite apps. When you pulled into the parking spot for pickup, the store is automatically notified and someone comes right out with your stuff but after target pulled out, I don't find much use for it. Use code TTVBJ for $10 off your 1st purchase of $10.
This week CVS has 3 coca cola 12 packs for $10. Through the app it's $17. A 12 pk of bounty paper towels I usually get for $10-12 is now $17.49. Everything for sale in the Curbside app is more expensive than just going into the store. Even with those $10 off $20 coupons it's not worth it.
I have been trying for hours to place an order. The codes do not work and the prices are incorrect.
I have emailed and tried to contact someone. My order was not fulfilled because it was not in stock so I canceled. Now I have two orders pending after canceling my order. I only should have been charged once not twice. Disappointed.
The app always says code not valid or system down for maintenence

I placed my order yesterday for some items from cvs at 5:20 pm, but order wasn't ready even till night. Despite of several email follow and call to customer care executive still till now..24 hrs after the order(next day), there is no progress. So, I don't see the point of using the app. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
Only CVS stores and product searches show up. Galaxy S6
I deliver curbside orders to this area. When I get a chance to try the other side of the app, it says that curbside not available. App is glitchy.
