Went to a restaurant where Curbstand operates. The valets were unprofessional and said that the only form of payment was cash and no credit cards were accepted. Defeats the whole purpose of their business model. Downloaded and the app to find out it was not working. Kept giving error message.
Sign-up kept looping on the "Enter your phone number". Wasted time on the broken app, ended up going with another parking lot instead.
Couldn't even sign up. Phone number entering gives error and loops back to registration.
Accidentally signed up for the monthly membership. Customer support refunded me in full.
The guy 100% farted in my car.
I don't want to leave a tip if I have to do all the work my self like park the car and pick up my car. Thanks
app always freezes. it shows a discount and when you try to pay, it freezes. then you have to restart the app and the discount is gone. worst app ever.
Why does this app need permission from every element of my phone to use it, I resent the heck out of being forced to download this app
$2 discount did not work. Could not leave no tip either. Not so well thought out app. Valet took a photo of my screen to have proof I paid... Not so smart for a smartphone app
So you have to enter the tip in before you can request your car. Then the valet had our car blocked in by 5 other cars. Asked us to sit in the car and wait for him to move the other cars to let us out. So basically I'm paying tip to have you move someone else's car?! Guess lowering the tip amount from beginning.
If I could give this no stars I would. The app kept crashing and wouldn't let me request my car. When I did finally request it. The valet didn't even receive my request he simply said that the app is not working he even called it crap. Pointless app DO NOT INSTALL!
Valet service that I have to download an app for, can't pay cash for and have to wait 15 minutes for my car with. Just what I wanted.
The valet where I parked didn't know how to use the app; took way longer than cash. Will try again in a few months to see if the process is easier.

I signed up with a promo code and my profile even says that I have a free parking pass, however there was no way to apply it when checking out. I'll be deleting this App if I don't hear back from them with a solution.
While it was get to pay with a credit card, this app is missing major key features (like the fact that you have an option to "required car" which the valet never received... And the fact that the valet needed to take a photo of our payment and still needed the physical ticket.)
