Great Experience. But Earlier there was a way to go to the history and from there go to individual class that i attended and submit feedback. Now the option is no longer there. Many times if I forget to submit right after feedback and open the app a bit later, it shows 'Feedback Included Error' or something. And other times when i open it right after class,I click on back button accidentally and the pop up menu goes away and never comes back. Bring back the option so I can give feedbacks.
I'm unable to access the workouts like I previously mentioned in my comments. The app is updated to it's latest version and I still don't see it. The whole section of choosing from different forms of workouts is not accessible anymore. Although there is a section to choose based on intensity, it has got very very limited workouts. UPDATE: I've updated the app already. This is all you tell me to do but aren't admitting to the missing workouts. More than half of those are inaccessible.
So, the contents of the app are excellent and great value for money. The problem lies with streaming on your devices. The phone screen or I Pad screens are too small to do a session with. The videos work great on the app, which can be installed only on phone or tablets. If we want to stream on TV, there is no option to Cast. I have tried running it on my laptop, but here you cannot forward/pause the videos. In case of a power cut/ battery down scenario, video starts from the beginning again. Very frustrating. Not able to use the app for home workout inspite of the excellent content.
I subscribed to a program after learning that it can be easily cancelled within 7 days. I realised that the program was not the right fit for me and tried to cancel the subscription just one day after I made the payment. Issue 1 : the cancellation process is a huge puzzle. You report and wait for them to get back. Issue 2 : there is no visibility of your request ticket as to who is looking into it and when will your request be accepted. The support experience is pathetic.
Trainers are excellent. The app maintenence is really bad. Not able to access all the programs, recent classes etc. Still face the same problem after updating the app.
Very painful experience. Too much conditions and so much stress even if you are 1 minute late. Would never recommend cult. Managers are also very rude. There is no variety of classes in centers. Only same type. Earlier there used to be variety of classes like HIIT , Prowl etc but now they all have been removed. This is the problem with all startups once they attain decent numbers they compromise on quality .
Changed my rating, as after the updates, the navigation has become extremely difficult. Too tough to search and reach what I like. If after Social media & entertainment, banking and Google apps I am asked to keep just one app more, it will be cure.fit It has been the most amazing journey since i started using this app. With so many fitness app, why this? Volume and variety of well curated and live content.
Great trainers, and great range of workouts. Edit: Downgrading cos the app has too many glitches which don't get resolved on spite of repeated requests for support. If they could totally bug proof the app and make it smoother to use, I'd go back to 5 stars.
I am not able to login. When i had logged in i was not able to book the slots . The app is crashing every now and then and most of the times non responsive .because of which i am loosing out session booking and cancelling. This is happening more often after updating my app to the latest version released in May 12th
Why so many bugs? The energy meter is not working. The app keeps freezing. Cannot pause in between the session. This app used to be amazing. Now it's full of glitches. Edit - i have reinstalled tge app many times but I am still facing same issues.
It's way to expensive. Recently purchased rs5000/ worth one month cultPRO subscription and I was allowed to use only 4 classes. PATHETIC. Definitely not recommend. And the casting option is far so frustrating that I waste 30min on that EVERYTIME!
I joined for personal training paying almost 10k. After a few days, I was informed that the program is gonna be discontinued from May 9th. The amount for unused classes will be refunded. I only used 3 sessions, and now they're telling they're only gonna pay me back 4900 for thd unused sessions. I asked for a complete break up of the fees, but they're not providing it. They're instead giving some stupid reasons like program validity, hours calculated, bla bla. This is complete scam.
The workouts and sessions are very good. The app was also working fine until the last two updates the last to last update made app too slow and there is an error everytime I try to open the app (error says - internal server error please try again). So, I updated the app again to the latest version and now it has stopped loading at all there is a cure fit logo animation which just keeps on moving on the screen and ut doesn't proceed further. How should I book my classes now !
There is bug in their app which keeps crashing the application in between work outs & is super annoying. Cult support team is aware of it & yet they haven't been able to fix it for a month now. Cult team- you charge us for every phenomenon on your application. At the least have a decent development team, who can fix bugs in a month's time. Review on 10th Mar 2022- the bug is back. I was interrupted 4 times in btw today's live session. The system kept shutting down. Finally I give up. Bug wins
The app basic functionalities are good, but can be improved a lot, you don't get memories on time, sometimes the scanned gives an error saying not a valid QR code, sometimes it takes around 5-6 seconds for hamburger icon to open, the main UI/UX is pretty cramped up, I get confused to even navigate through the app.
My experience using the app was amazing. I recently purchased a fitness equipment using this application and received free dietician consultation service along with it. I had a word with dietician Rohini and she gave me a great tips and diet schedule while taking into consideration my schedule and dietary restriction. The diet was easy to follow and the schedule is really helpful.
Facing severe issue navigating the app. It's not loading. When open the app a black screen appears and if you click on other tabs at botton it says " some internal error" message. Everytime to navigate in app say book a class or cancel one etc , had to uninstall and install then it works. I nerve had such weird issue before been cult member since two yrs
Perfect place to start your fitness journey. Lot of options to experience. Group Class experience, live schedules, podcasts for mind therapy, diet etc. Finding this very useful and it really helps if one decides to stay consistent. Group classes motivates you to be consistent too.
Have been using the cult app since mid 2018. It has become really bloaty now. While I understand the need to push affiliate content, other offerings, but it really gets in the way of checking my progress (workouts completed, upcoming bookings -- this is a small bar in the bottom now (not conducive at all). I would really appreciate it if the app is cleaner to use (I really loved the 2018/2019 UX).
Though the exercise regimes and sessions are of top quality but the app needs serious improvement. App is very heavy and heats up the phone a lot. Search is inefficient and don't return desired results. For example walk fitness was suddenly removed from search results while it was available last week. You should let us choose which program we want to enroll to rather than pushing towards something in particular.
I have took Elite pack, monthly EMI payment one year subscription. And I'm not using cult anymore. But I'm forcibly charged amount monthly. And saying that amount will not be refunded and too continue till 1year. Which means one year they want my money somehow. EMI is deducting monthly basis. And this all info was given by one of their cult member only. Then I had optioned for this. It's my humble request it isn't my mistake,don't charge me for rest of the months just cancel it and don't charge
More often than not the app crashes, sometimes mid workout like today and that is a big bummer. I just get a message saying that the app needs to close and then it hangs and closes even if I choose the option to stay on the app.
Please improve stability of the app. The Live sessions freeze in the middle of the session. Please don't give frequent updates to the app and UI as it hampers the user experience. Every now and then I need to find where the new options are.
Provides Good content especially when you want to work out from home but the app doesn't work properly. I have to keep refreshing it. May be there's some bug in your app that needs to be fixed. Kindly do the needful.
The app has suddenly become really slow and it is annoying to schedule classes on it. What is the point of all additional options and fancy updates when it is so bloody slow.
Everything is good. But you gotta fix one thing. This app doesn't doesn't rotate its display anti clockwise in landscape mode.. why? Why doest it only rotates in one direction only it doesn't make any sense. Fix it so i can use it on my tab according to the stand/cover position. Thank you
The new app look and feel is very confusing. Earlier one was easy to browse and I could find the claases booked on the home page . The main function for me is to book classes at centre and have ease of browsing, which is a complete miss in the latest version
On samsung tablet in landscape/auto-rotate mode while viewing video it by default rotates to the wrong direction and gets locked in that direction causing trouble as the locked direction is opposite to tablet cover. It should auto rotate in both sides in landscape/auto-rotate mode. After playing The videos for some time not able to forward/rewind it need to start the video from beginning to move to a specific time.
Cult centers are great but the app is buggy at least for me. The Navigate button for the centers is unclickable. When booking classes, you can only go to the next days one at a time and it's very difficult to understand if you've reached the end. Even selecting a workout is troublesome, often requiring 2-3 taps. Not sure if it's my phone. But none of the other apps I use have these issues.
