Permissions
• Bind Accessibility Service: This permission is required for the Accessibility Service. This is required to listen when the Bixby application comes to the foreground and to execute some actions. This app will not do anything without an enabled Accessibility Service. Please disable any other Bixby button applications' Accessibility Services before using Custom Bixby Button.
• Do not disturb: This permission is required to change the ringer mode. This is an optional permission and the app will ask for it when required.

• Detect whether a third party app goes to foreground.
• Keep the app active.
• Buttons and/or fingerprint actions can be used by disabled persons to facilitate them to generate actions.
You will need to confirm the permission dialogue to grant these actions.

terrible, had to spend an hour fixing my phone after it finally let me delete it.
cant turn off long press Bixby button only short presses

It's just like the rest of the apps that say they work..... It doesn't
who ever came up with this needs to delete it it is awful never using that again!

Did absolutely nothing.
This is a great application that I have been using for months now, but there are some very annoying issues (that's why I'm giving 4 stars). 1) App crashes time to time and it stops working. 2) 'Loop holes', for example if you set it to Google assistant, it will open Bixby, Google assistant, but it doesn't close Bixby, opening Google assistant over and over. These are my major problems and if this gets fixed, I'll give 5 stars.
Worked fine with the exception that the latest update forced my S8 to open a webpage to display an ad upon interacting with the app. It wasn't like this before, so what the heck? I don't mind ads being present in an app, but forcefully opening a pop-up ad (full with loud audio to boot) is a big no-no. Smooth move devs. I'm out.
It is amazing and remaps the Bixby button well, however it doesn't work unless the phone is unlocked. Please fix for 5 stars.
A good app - developer replied quickly to an issue I was having and resolved it. Could use some usability improvements since it's an app with fairly complex functionality/options, but not a huge issue and a good problem to have. Thanks!
Didn't work at first, but after reading the devs comments on other posts, the Polling method worked! There is a very quick bixby screen flash before the fix takes over, which is slightly annoying, but ultimately nothing compared to having the hardware button back. Thank you Dev!
worked fine with the polling method. however il concerned about potential battery drain issues in this mode. anyway tanks for making it possible to finally use that button.
Doesn't work. Just crashed Bixby with an error on the screen i have to close everytime. Now I can't get the button back to stock function.
I am legally blind so Bixby is very helpful for me. There is a learning curve especially more for me but so far I've managed to figure out every problem I've had. Also I'm learning what Bixby can do for me, specifically being blind.
Tried it with galaxy note 8 and it didn't work. Looks like a solid app if you add functionality to this phone is give it a whirl again.
If I wanted an iPhone with I would have bought one...Bixby gets in the way constantly...hate it and want to totally disable it but can't find out how😣
Works temporarily. Crashes constantly on GS8+. Restart REQUIRES disabling/re-enabling the accessibility. App can't tell it's already enabled. Replacing with a 4 star alternative.
App work great. But have issue with scrolling in the gallery. If i disable app, issue dissapears.
Has plenty of options, works as well as can be expected (fingers crossed for no bixby screen flash in future). Advanced read polls method made no significant distance; will increase to 5 stars when adb revoke command is shown somewhere in app.
Worked beautifully to remap Bixby as flashlight on my S8+. Canada got the Bixby voice update a few days later though. Now I only turn it on to remap periodically.
Seems to be the only bixby remapper that actually works lol 4/5 stars only because I would love for the button to open Google voice but for now an external flash light button is very handy! Also if the drop down tab is down and the button is pressed it will still open bixby, other than those it is a great app and I'm grateful that it's free!
Had to do the pulling method. There's a quick flash of Bixby and then it clicks over to the app that I wanted to launch. Now if only it would do it from the lock screen as well. If that gets fixed I'll give it 5 stars.
Developer quick to respond. In regards to Gallery scrolling, will try a different poll method but in my case I have not noticed the same bug with custom bixby button disabled. It is the only accessibility service running
I got an immediate response, after I posted app not working after system update. Simple fix, just switched setting from "event method to "polling method, app working GREAT again, 5 stars
It honestly isn't great but it helps minimize the garbage that is bixby.
It still can select messages to read out loud as I had on my note 3
0 stars if possible. tried several bixby button remap apps which none seem to work. total waste of time.
