After contacting the developer of the app regarding it needs autostart turning on,and i can not find this setting on the Galaxy s10 nor on samsung tablets.i did pay for the pro version incase this was the problem.I have tried to resolve this by searching on google with no luck. So for now this app is not any good for my Weather Station. Dear Mr Developer,i sent you an email regarding this issue and not herd back. SO please look into this as its very annoying. Thank you

My initial response is that the look & feel of the UI is elegant & really well thought out. Night & day forecasts are subtly shaded to show the difference when you scroll through them, & the time-setting interface for the alarm is startling & strangely pleasurable. The ads are there, but so far are unintrusive-- no obnoxious fullscreen popups that you hafta click out of just to get anything done. I really admire all that. However, having looked at the other reviews, I am anxious about trusting this app to actually go off when I need it to (I'm setting up a temp alert so that I'll know if my pipes & plants are in danger of freezing). Plus, I have seen a bunch of reviews asking for a silent alarm notification option, (& the developer's friendly responses to that feedback-- bonus points for responsiveness!), but in the actual place where you set up the alarm, there is only a button that says "turn off notification", & nowhere can I find an explanation if that means just the sound is turned off (& it will vibrate), or if it just won't notify me at all, which would be... counter to the purpose of an alarm. I think a much better design would be if, instead of 2 radio buttons for alarm sound options (Notification & Loop Mode), there was a 3rd option right there for Silent/Vibrate. Anyway, I'm looking forward to testing it out over the next few days, & will update my review as I see how it performs.

Wow. Watched the tutorial and immediately got hit with a 30 second full screen ad. Didn't even let me try it for one second first. I waited through the dumb thing and discovered that the negative reviews are CORRECT despite somebody saying to ignore them. You cannot set temp alerts. You can set TIME alerts that will include the temperature when they go off. This is a scam.

I wish it had one day (minimum) history! No other app I've found has it either, but it would be so helpful. So I found that for all the small issues I had, it really is a good little app. Purchased the full version because the full page, full volume apps where just horrible. Bit the full version is very inexpensive so very worth it.

Does exactly what I want it to do, but you have to get the premium version to have maximum functionality. It is very little money well spent. Revision. I have found that the weather service that this app uses is consistently inaccurate. We have a cloudless, blue sky outside with 22C temperature at the moment and the app shows cloudy sky with 18C.

Thank you! You just saved my plants again! Hands-down the most reliable and accurate freeze temp alert app I have ever seen. Notifies you with an adorable chime. Interface: Could be smoothed out to be a little bit more clear / friendly... But it works perfect when you set it up. I would like 12-hour clock, and for zip code lookup to work in USA..(gps works great)...But if all you need is an alert to tell you when it's going to freeze... This is your "man."

This is exactly what o was looking for, however the alert options are quite limited. I would like to choose vibration as an option and add more sound alerts (or sync with native phone ringtones). Also temperature alarm should allow for ranges (between 20 and 30 degrees trigger alert). Will update review and buy pro version if this gets added. Thanks!

Not bad. Not configurable enough. I used Pro Weather Alert until it was abandoned by the developer. Nothing I've tried even comes close. It was so customizable. It allowed turning on and off each and every alert type, and had three severity levels for each alert type, emergency, urgent, & default. Could someone please make an alert app like that?!

I really like that it displays both the probability of rain and the expected amount. I also like that I can set an alert to warn me if it gets so cold my pipes will freeze. It also seems to show the weather at different periods of the day, like rainy before dawn and then sunny during the day. The style of the display is not so nice to me, but overall I think this is the best weather app I've had compared to the 10 or so but I've tried. Thank you, good job!

Not much custom about this at all. I can turn alerts on, or off. It would be great if someone would make an app that alerts you when certain temperatures are reached outside. So many people are asking for this. I want to know when to open and close my windows. Sorry, this app is worthless to me. And the ads are oh-so interuptive. I will happily pay for a worthwhile app but this has no utility.

Great app! I live in the mountains & the weather is always changing so I use it a LOT! However, I would like to be able to choose different alarm tones as it only plays "Jingle Bells." (Dashing though the snow...🎶) How about "Singing in the Rain" or "Riders on the Storm" for rain, "Hot Blooded" or "Cold as Ice" for temps. What do you think? ❄☔🌞💨

Low temperature is 10F. Below zero is a concern in my state-double digits obviously more so. I need to plan for those days and app fails. Wanted to set a -20F alert.

I couldn't even use the app because of the ads!!! Every time you change screens, you get an advertisement. Close out of the advertisement, and it drops you back onto the screen you were on. So try to change screens again, and ANOTHER advertisement. Hell to the no, I don't need this garbage on my phone.

This is not very useful since it only offers alerts for the next 72 hours. Obviously if I know bad weather is coming I don't need your alert. I need the alerts to be constant so that I can be aware of inclement weather before it happens for this app to be useful

Hol. B. Dec 18, 2020

I used this last winter to alert me when the temperature dropped so I could drip my pipes so they would not freeze. Since the last update the alarm did not go off. I uninstalled the app and re installed it but now it won't even open. I don't know of another app like this. Please fix!

Jer. V. Apr 1, 2022

Alerts are not real time or even hourly. It just checks the forecast for you once a day. If all you want is a simple weather app, it will probably work for you. Not what I need and not what I expected from the description.

Chr. W. May 6, 2020

Seems like a good app except for the fact that the alerts expire after 72 hours. As a planter I need to know if it's getting near freezing at any time In the future. Seems like a simple option. Please consider updating it and I will change this to a five-star. Thanks!

Alerts didn't work for me. I was worried about the plants I put out so set an alert to warm me in the evening when it was going to be under 2 Celsius, and it didn't work when it got down to 1. Thinking it might have registered as slightly warmer on whatever API service the app talks to, I set it to alert under 20 degrees, woke up to surprise late snow on the ground without a peep from the app.

Gar. I. Jun 9, 2019

For a weather alert app it doesn't have that many alerts. No blizzard, flood, tornado, or severe weather. I have no idea why cloudiness has an alert. All time is in 24 hour format and no way to change it

Ash. Mar 12, 2020

Simple, just what I need. The notifications is what I need a weather app to do and this is it. Is there any chance instead of having it checked once a day, be twice a day? The weather's unpredictable and always changing.

Cha. M. Aug 24, 2020

Had given 1 star. Was totally broken and not doing anything. Kept it installed, a few updates and it's become brilliant. Very reliable, very useful. Bought it now for multiple alerts. Edit 2 after 1 star to 4: changed from four stars to five. This app is saving my backside on a regular basis now. Thank you dev. I have recommended the app to over 10k members of my bonsai Facebook group.

Bry. M. Jan 16, 2019

Was about to rate this app one star because it just flat out wouldn't work. Decided to uninstall and reinstall and seems to work ok now. Odd. Will test for next few weeks and update review if necessary. My primary use case is a temperature threshold alert under 20 deg F so I can set a few pipes in my house to trickle overnight. edit: app just flat out stopped working on Oneplus 6 no matter what I do, no notifications on a <20 deg F alarm even though it's supposed to be 18 degrees tonight.

Jim. S. Nov 26, 2019

Nice idea. Need to add freezing rain and sleet and snow amount. Would like to set 12/24 time format. Not clear if overall alarm "check events" setting is in addition to or overrides additional alarms
