Needed a database to store customer info as well as sales history. I love that you can add files to the sales history. I take a picture of their ticket and then I dont have to keep the paper copy any longer. I love how it syncs with google calendar and I love the messaging automation. The interface is super simple and it does a lot! Love it!

just starting but seems to have everything I need. intuitive interface. Update 3-13-19. the advanced search when using the from to date does not seem to work correctly. I need to be able to search based on date of first visit. I added a date field in the custom field, but there is no way to format this as a date that I can do a date range for.

would love to be able to send group SMS to groups without picking out each name. Would like to have a possibility of sending clients a link to book in at a time that suits them and my availability shows them available calendar slots, and booking is made independently of me. I have to look for a separate app for that now which would be more convenient to be in this app. It does 80%of what I need and is the best app I could find. I love it.

Seems to be a good database manager. But I'm still not sure if the Pro version is $19.99 one time fee or a monthly subscription based app. if its monthly, I'm not interested. if 19.99 one time then ,I would go for it. Meanwhile uninstalling and not spending the many hours it would take to enter all my clients. please answer soon.

I've had this app for a week and so far, it's been a lot of help. Update, I've had this app for several months now and I have a small business. Before I downloaded this app I was having trouble keeping up with my customers.. Now, I have no problem billing, appointments, mapping, and keeping notes with all my customers.. This app is awesome!. wish I could get this same app on my apple.

It look like a pretty good app. Bit every time it switched screens their add came up to rent it. I have patience for always closing screens I reloaded this again I do not buy monthly plans Give me a price I will decide if it is worth it, but 3years down the road with $359 in payments with more to go NO THANKS

This is the closest I've seen to a perfect app for my business needs.. but I have some questions and/or additional requirements that are still missing.. 1. Can this app do recurring billing.. each customer has the same bill every month.. I'd rather not update each customer ever time. 2. Can I pay for the full version once and my team use the app or does each team member pay separately for the full version? 3. What's the difference between the free and paid versions? I don't see that anywhere.

I like this for my service stops. Easy to search, however, I was roped in with a free version, I dont need any extras, I just keep a customer log, and now, the free version went away, and I can't add customers anymore. This isn't fair after using it for over a year, and now useless.

overall very happy with the app and its features however when I switched to a new phone I downloaded the app and realized there is no way to switch my data from my old phone to this one which has a cracked screen and now I lost / 136 client files and can't for the life of me figure out how to get them back if there's a solution for this that'd be great I don't understand I paid for the app yet there's no way for me to get my client data

No in-app purchase indicated. Then, I would not have been p!ssed about the crippling which makes sorts impossible. I think Google would have required more than just "buy it", but my more recent thoughts have lead me to try another. Of all the features you could have crippled, sorting has no function; no buy.

I love this app. But the only issue I'm having that i want the admin to solve for me is that. I need all the work I did on the app to be on the webpage. I have signed up on the webpage but can't find the work I did on the app reflecting on the web page. Please how do I go about it since there is no page to sign up or sign in on the app. I hope this we be resolved soon. Thank you.

This app has alot of potential, it has some very good customisations. It would be great if you could add the ability to connect it to a mysql database, and map fields to table columns.

Great to use once you get the hang of it, would def give 5 stars if it could sync between devices and be used on desktop.

Just the App I was looking for. Very ideal for a business man who needs to make calls for quotations while on the go. Genius idea.

Worst app ever it's just a scam to get your money for a very limited tool not usable for my field and despite reaching out immediately after 100 dollars was take form me they have refused to give me any refund at all even partial one. I have never used the app and it is completely useless for me I feel ripped off

This is one awesome CRM App! Would love if they could add a Google Sign in option to sync across devices and easily have everything backed up instead of a file backup. Other than that, this is the CRM App to use!!

This application makes keeping up with all your contacts; & all things concerning them much more easier then being disorganized & all over the place. You can even send bulk sms messages like during the Holidays...& to your email suscribers.

Not Bad but many many weaknesses. Gorup dosnt appear in client profile. Total balance doesn't appear in whole system. I can create group but I can't check business or balance, group wise. Many other issues also

Too bulky. Doesn't add a call to the list of tasks once the call is made. I can't move from a lead to another without going to the main list (unfortunately most CRMs lack this option)

always 5 stars from me. I have a request please add photo upload option in task to do tab. that will help us which product we have to deliver in reminder dates. Thanks a lot for making our business so managed and easy.

its good but need improvement,like it should be attach with google ac or something other to transfer or save data in other devices.

Really good but be better if you could access on a desktop. Also multi appointment input for repeat clients.

Haven't been using long, but so far it's great! Does everything I need it to, all easily accessible on my phone... No more files and papers everywhere

Looks like it would be a good helpful app. But a recent health scare has me quitting and no need for app anymore. Still in trial period so hardly used it but need to cancel now

Application is good and useful for corporate client handling. Good for agents and executives. But still need to update. It's not sending whats app to client.

So far its been an app thats highly useful... we still adding our clients. I haven't received a response on how I could use the app on all our work devices

So far I like everything this app does. I would like to offer a customized menu for clients to order our products from. We run a retail business. Need to show products to customers by sending sms bulk to them .

Very useful app. Every thing is there which require to matain business properly. I am just facing sms issue and even not getting any idea how to solve it. This is even expensive app.
