Never could get hold of a live person. Bought a new washer and it never worked. I don't recommend any whirlpool products!!!

The app is absolutely useless. It's hard to explain exactly what it has, but it's nothing usable on the app. App pictures are wrong.

Can read help area in the menu and scanner will not read barcode
I tried to setup a profile, but the app won't let me type in the City, State, or Zip Code fields. I should already have a profile from when I registered my products too so I'm not sure why the app can't just look me up by email address or phone number.
Worthless. Don't bother installing. It's supposed to be able to schedule service appointments but does not. There's not even a way to log in to an existing Whirlpool account. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
Tried to schedule service from the app because I held on the phone more than 35 minutes yesterday and 15 - so far - this morning. When I input my zip in the app for service location, I got a message: You do not have sufficient authority to perform this operation. I am so frustrated with Whirlpool right now!!
Useless except for tracking your purchases. Barcode scanning feature is great for capturing the model and serial numbers. If you want to find parts it takes you to the website, but doesn't enter the model number. There's no way to even cut & paste it from the app.
