Customs@SG
Travellers with purchases exceeding their personal duty free concession or Goods & Services Tax (GST) relief can use the app to declare and pay the duty and/or GST for the goods purchased, anytime anywhere prior to their arrival in Singapore.
The app also allows members of the public to provide timely tip-off on customs offences, feedback or send enquiries relating to Customs matters.

Fairly decent app, but it would be so much more convenient if it stored my credit card information like the Sg parking app. I travel frequently and it really is a hassle to have to always fumble for my credit card to key in the details while carrying my luggage.
Unusable after latest update. The app is now stuck at the start up screen, ie the logo screen. Doesn't proceed beyond that screen. Phone is Oppo CPH1879, OS is Android 10.
The app doesn't pass the logo screen. Reinstall doesn't help with the issue
App keep crashing when launched on Android 9 OS. Totally unusable.
The UI looks more refreshing and more responsive in this version.
this app has no relevance to my circumstances, i have found dealing with customs extremely frustrating considering the spectacles being sent by my wife are to replace a broken pair i can no longer use

Wonderful app that makes things simpler
Expedite custom clearance. Only thing is that the ground crew is not familiar with it.
Helps reducing the waiting time at goods declaration queue. Thanks to make things easy.

Please sort out 2 issues. 1. Unable to make payment. Tried multiple cards and multiple phones, yet unable to pay. 2. Exchange rates given by the app and actual rates used by the staff in the customs office at Terminal 3 has a difference of almost 10%.
