CustomWOD is a fully automated training service that provides the following services:

- Professional workout generator, allowing you to filter and generate scaled workouts based on equipment, exercises, schemes, duration and targeting options


- Create your own workouts, track them, edit existing workouts


- 33 skill levels are measured continuously, your fitness levels are calculated based on your results, overview your fitness levels and progress


- Track your workout with a professional timer, which automatically stored your section-times


- Upon completion, you can compare your results to your previous results, to the whole community


- Review vast amount of statistics, how much weight did you lift, meters you ran, number of pushups you did, etc


- Check in which equipment you have, provided workouts align to this setting


- Set up the health level of you body parts, provided workouts align to this setting so you don't get injured


- View your already completed workouts

This is an excellent app. I have used the app for quite some time now (don't remember exactly how long), but I really like the programming. I was using the app religiously when the programming was free. I suffered an injury (not related to working out) and was only able to work out when I felt good enough. At that time my workouts were sporadic and paying for the service was not cost effective. I am now working out regularly again and recently purchased the programming because I truly believed it help my conditioning when I used it previously. I would highly recommend this app to people that are serious about increasing their overall fitness level.

I've been using this app for maybe two years and all of sudden it tells me I have to pay to keep using the features I have used without ever paying. The ap worked well for me, but I didnĀ“t realize it would all of a sudden want to charge me, and the price you are asking is way too expensive. If it were more reasonable I would have paid.

Ive used this app for soo long and loved the way it outputs routines and workouts and scaling. But now, we have to pay for the personal workout option. That i can understand, but the scaling part... It just pulls the plug for me.

Payments introduced under the radar, I understand you need to make money but now I'm in the gym searching for an alternative when I should be working out, would have been better to make it clear from the start - free month then it's there's a subscription. Edit in reply -only notification I got was a cryptic "you have X days left....", nothing further in the app or on your site

Great app and concept, love the custom equipment based WOD generator and skill level scalability. Would pay for a local/offline mode, I don't always have wifi or cell network where I work out, and can't even get past the login screen without it. Also when doing several rounds of a workout set, no way to annotate maxing out on one individual exercise to move on to the next. Leads to some muscles overworked, some not enough.

Well I have only had this app for a few days now but an loving the programing, it could do with a little more explanations in the workouts ie. Why you are doing particular movments, rest periods between strength reps and give you a full session program ( warm up, strength/skill then Wod). Would highly recommend to the home crossfiter.

How do you reset the app? Like after an injury. I like that its totally based upon your performance and not anything else. I also like that you can do weight training or just body weight exercises and a combination of them both. This is my go to app for cardio.
