I dislike the fact that a lot of the listings are misleading. You should be up front if the price listed only applies to a certain size, color or style of the product. I have found quite a few items that I would have ordered only to discover that the advertised price does not apply to the color/size/style I wanted - sometimes not even the same product, but some small "related" item mentioned briefly @ the very end of the info. If not for that, I would give @ least 4 stars.

So far, so good! The app runs fine on my S9. I had no difficulty in checking out. I didn't read instructions on choosing my gift. I tapped on the product picture (not the "claim" button, and it went to my cart. I was expecting details on a discreet little massager. I removed it from my cart and went looking, but didn't ever see the welcome gifts again. Otherwise, my first shopping experience with C👄ute, was splendid! I'll be back!

l do a lot of shopping on this app. It's convenient for me as i am not able to get out much. The prices are affordable 70-80% off retail. The makeup I buy are genuine. It's important to read descriptions, including sizes, colors, and amts, carefully or you can might get something you can't use or give away. I haven't had any major problems, only a few minor issues and customer service is excellent. I buy from Cute/Wish/Geek for about 4 yrs now. You can trust these 3 apps. I Love them all!

Thought I was getting really good deals on super cool stuff. I ordered 30 different items at .50 each plus tax and shipping which rang up to .80 per order but out of 30 items, I only got 3. Just because you place the order doesnt mean you get it. The first person to order the item at .50 wins, everyone else gets their money refunded back to them. Super disappointing and upsetting. I didnt know you had to be the very first one to order the item to get the .50 deal but you do.

I can't view my order history anymore. It's a blank despite having recently purchased and still waiting for items. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still can't see more than empty white. My Wish still works well. The frequent readjusting of expected delivery is frustrating. More items are coming broken or not arriving at all, but if you ask for too many refunds they stop paying and that's unreasonable.

If I could give a negative rate, I would. Don't even try for the "limited Quantity" out of over 25 items I didnt get 1 even starting at midnight and 1 am, then you have to request a refund for each item or just give your money to them. It's aggravating and a rip off. Then the "great" prices...are not the prices for most.. you click on it and can't even find the one item, color, size..whatever that is the 1 "great" price, and for what you get and time it takes to get it..amazon it..you're welcome

It seems like a scam to me! I ordered a pair of shoes and got an email saying that the item was shipped. I was charged for it but never received the item. The customer service is useless. Today, I tracked another shipment delivered by Canada Post. The package was marked delivered at my condo mailbox. SURPRISE! Nothing was in my mailbox! The seller probably sent something to a wrong address. 2 horrible experiences in a row and I might have to dispute my transaction through paypal! Delete the app!

A more specialized app than Wish, but exactly the same. Has the same limited time deals, that only the first person whom orders it gets that price. I give 2 stars because I see a price on an item, I then tap add and that price is nowhere to be found. Not any size, not any color. Example: I sweater that is cute, not something I would normally but, but the price is so good, I gotta have it. Let's say it says $11. Then I click on my size, and choose a color. BAM! $24... I check others. Same price.

The items are cute, and the quality is pretty good especially for most of the prices. The biggest issue I've seen with the "free" items is that they are usually in the smallest size, and the shipping will be $3-$4, which wouldn't be bad, except that the shipping on other items of comparable size and weight is usually $1 or less. Bottom line, if you like cute items that you don't mind waiting on, then this is a good place to shop. Also, customer service is pretty prompt in addressing concerns.

I am only giving 4 ☆ because of shipping costs which are not individually itemized for each company. For e.g.. I placed 32 items in cart & $200 for postage! There should be transparency! Very easy to use app although shipping costs are very high as all items are sent from different individual companies. When you spend a lot there should be free shipping and it's not! Because of the shipping costs it's a turn off to use the site when you can buy elsewhere and have free shipping... just saying!

Absolutely the worse shopping app ever. Everything is listed at a low price to entice you into buying it. But when you click "buy" a whole new set of prices show. And the new price is double the first amount and sometimes more. DE-LETE!!

I love this app. The shopping is easy to follow, and the payment is also easy as well as having a verity of payments. Nothing complicated and all information is correct if you read the info properly. They have great reviews from their customers, including great pictures from some. I've had no problems with it.

If you want to be ripped off, lied too when buying something then they change the price higher at the very end then you're at the right place. And it takes a long time to ship. Support your Country by buying local. This Cute app works well but it takes your money instead of giving you deals. They might hive you a cheap item for free and over charge you on shipping fees. It's a gimmick and a rip-off. Im really unsatisfied with this and will not return...also its not Cute...its actually Wish.

Horrible! I paid for several items that were limited time quanity. I was not the first order to be fully processed so they were suppose to refund my money. Like $15 worth of stuff. I went through the whole process of selecting orginial payment on every item. Here it has been almost a month and no refund. Though i have emails saying i have been refunded. I deleted the app and will never uae it again.

The price thing threw me off at first. It says one price and then when you go to buy it sometimes it's a higher price. I did find, however, that there are some super freaking deals on this place! I just bought a purse for $20 on Amazon and got the same purse, different color, on here for .50¢ (well, .75¢ with shipping- I guess)! How excellent is that?! I can't wait to see the products to see if they're worth what I paid for. Thanks cute, for some of the hottest deals I've ever seen in my life!

Am starting to loose my patience with this app!! For some reason my payment details have been deleted (not by me) & when I've tried to re enter the details several times you get the most irritating "oops something went wrong" pop up message. Received an email just now suggesting to uninstall the app & then reinstall it. Have just noticed it was also asking to be updated, maybe that's what the problem was?

Items are same as wish you never end up getting the limited quantity deals for 50cents and the low prices on close and shoes are usually only the smallest size the rest of sizes are high priced. And most of the the free just pay shipping the shipping cost is high sometimes I have the same item for a differnt price and shipping was cheaper so I would have paid more for the "free one"

don't do it, this company entices u with ordering clothing and accessories but I've ordered twice, the only products u end up getting are the silver rings. however, they charge shipping fees for the total order, when they notify u that u weren't quick enough in ordering so they refund the purchase price...but not the shipping difference, which was quite high. buyer beware

It might seem like your getting good deals, unfortunately when you hit buy , the price is not the advertised pictures you see at first but the lowest quality/quantity of the item... And when you order the item for the wholesale cost you would have spent at the store. The Shipping costs is almost as much if not more for the item your buyin .. No freebies either 4$ on shipping cost even on feathers.. Lastly expect long wait Times to receive your item mine will be here in a month dec 13..

Used 2 like until they stopped refunding me 4 some damaged & some non-received items, no matter how hard the proof & clear the evidence. In fact, all the apps including the "Wish", "Home", & "Cute" apps I don't care for. It just takes 2 long 4 the orders to b delivered, & *IF* they DO get delivered, they usually wind up broken, missing parts, quantities, r cheap materials, knock-offs, counterfiet items. Clothing often runs small. Hopefully, I'll discover a better, large-variety shopping app.

This is a great app to shop on but watch the prices on some stuff bc it will change and it's not right but I watch closely but anyway they have alot of cool stuff and cheap and shipping is where they get you at so watch the shipping prices. They got a good things but shipping is high so I don't get to much on here. I've gotten free stuff but I paid shipping and sometimes I get free stuff just delivered to me. makeup and earphones I've gotten and never paid for or ordered.

The top 2 WORST customer service experiences I have had in my entire life. They don't understand my issue what so ever. The app ordered an item without my consent, then tried to cancel and it wouldn't let me and I never heard back about it. I then tried contacting a customer service representative and they tried to say my complaint was "resolved" multiple times when it was not. Oh also I posted a previous review and noticed it is mysteriously not on here anymore 😠

Misleading, They advertise items on Facebook for cheap prices and when you click on it you'll see a way more expensive prices For example they advertised a gaming chair for $27 and when you click it shows the real price on app which is $135! The items are regularly priced and I would prefer buying from Amazon for same price if not cheaper with faster and free delivery with great CS If you lie on an advertisement to just get downloaded then you deserve a 1 star no matter how good is your app!

I like the app, it's just like wish. Have some great deals of course. Hopefully the quality will be higher on some things. The only thing I don't like is when I say "buy" and go to the order section or my cart and the price is higher than what it said on the advertisement and then I was unable to get customer service because that wasn't one of their automated questions. Couldn't contact the store either. That upsets me. Other than that it's fun to shop and see what they have.

Found it to be really cool on variety of selections & deals but pay attention to your deal timer before checkout or end up paying way more than expected from price jumping back up when deal timer ends. Thought i locked in deal when i put it in my cart but my 50¢ item turned into $64 but really feel a warning to proceed should have popped up. And even though pymt for my adjusted order had been taken, i cant find order on my acct anywhere.

The $1 or free items on this app are baits to lure customers into buying other stuff. You can pay for the $1 / free items plus shipping fee as you want but later on you will receive messages saying you are not getting them because you are not the 1st person to bid on it. Who on Earth can tell which customer is the first or there is really an auction on items. Just the way Cute lures people. Cute is associated with Wish another online shopping website.

Love the inventory and prices are wicked, until you have to pay for shipping on every single item. $18 shipping on a $5 pair of shoes. $10 shipping on a $8 dress. Wasn't paying $28 for travel fees. Got the dress and when they arrive, I will head to Payless!!

Just look on ebay and amazon. The same sellers are on the site. Cheaper on ebay plus free shipping. If the same price again the item ships for free. You will wait just as long. The issue is they get you will the over priced shipping cost. Prime is a lot but it pay itself by again free shipping. $12 per month for unlimied shipping compare to$1 -$5 shipping not including the item cost.
