CutOut & Photo Background Editor, Cut Paste Photos

The app actually did exactly what it said, and was so proficient that I was completely thrilled to discover it. Like most times I need an application that can create just a few simple things, I've gone through three other applications before this one. Very user friendly and my current mobile device and this application can still perform its functions in a great way. Well done, I thank you all for your time and effort, keep going!

The best, most precise app of its kind that I have found for android so far. Takes a little bit of getting used to but being easily able to zoom, lock layers and merge is possible compared to the very simplistic competition.

Lots of good backgrounds to choose from or you can choose your own. The cutting feature allows you to erase and restore parts of the picture easily. I really like it so far. I paid to have no ads.

its a really cool app and i have only made 5 and there are just so many things you could do with your picture such as: add other images, change the background also including you can write whatever you want in any font, colour and light backing the words up. I recommend this app

wow .... amazing app. seemed to work on Photoshop on a PC. However, the photo resolution becomes smaller. this is an important point for me. It would be amazing if this app maintains its original photo resolution.

This is a horrible app, ive see alot of reviews on other apps that say there are alot of adds but it was fine, but this app has a stupid amount of apps, to the point where you cant do anything other than just close apps. It also crashes everytime i try to cut a photo

Very good application. It's a very nice thing that I've seen. It can automatically cut off an image with the AI Auto Selection tool and paste it onto another image or wallpaper.

It works great except for when it crashes or when you exceed the freebie max. The actual cutout function works alot better then most every other app or photo editor with that function.

I am impressed with the auto cut function. It cropped the image I wanted to perfect on the first try. I will definitely expand the daily use. Thank you!

Horrible app. When you say "cut out" you mean "have people cut out things and erase most off the picture they cut out when they dont want to" I tried this more than 2 times and im sure this app doesn't work.

I love utilizing photo editor. I enjoy taking photos and sometimes you only have a minute to capture a photo and if it isn?t the best quality then photo editor can bring a blurry photo into the photo you hoped to capture. You can enhance an old photo

Been using the free version for a long while and have zero complaints. Usually use the collage feature for items to sell or projects I'm working on. 5 stars! Love it!

great application. Best photo editor I've tried .. do everything I need it to do and then some. The only reason I ever uninstalled was when I ran out of memory on my phone but whenever I needed it, I installed this every time. worth downloading
