CutShort: AI Job search app, Tech & non-tech jobs

Even though the idea is good and there's a good chunk of opportunities on the platform, the app isn't optimized for mobile and when you try to apply to a job it doesn't open the link. Adding so many good features are meaningless when you can't fulfill the sole motive of the app. Team please look into this.

This is just a waste of time application. Recruiters don't prefer to call but slam you with bunch of screening questions that too require voice notes to be sent by the candidates. After that recruiters won't give a single reply. Why can't they directly call candidates or chat with them. Naukri is way way better and I get more opportunities from that site. Not recommended if you are searching a job as its recruiter friendly not job seeker friendly. All gimmicks and no real actions.

I am having really bad experience. Getting messages for roles which doesn't match my skills as well as my experience really disappointed . Giving 4 star because I know it's really hard to run a business. I guess you can do better.

Even after recent update they didn't fix the filter. No matter what experience range you select, you will be presented with all the jobs put up on platform. It's not just about filters, it does not even provide any good experience while using.

This is the worst app for job searches. I've known CutShort for long, and there has been no improvement in the app at all. Search listing page is the worst of its kind. You say you provide jobs on AI basis. I'd advise you at least incorporate a filter basis job search in the app first. The AI Job Search is a distant tale. The web on the other hand has the filters but then it doesn't have the search bar, a bar with an AI capability that gives the result basis any input. It's AI after all.

Horrible Android App! I actually landed a job using the app but ever since then the app has been a bugs galore. Constant crashes, it even causes the phone to go in a loop where if you don't swipe to home quickly, you'll be stuck forever in that loop ( while opening a JD or screening questions). Needs a lot of testing

Not sure whats wrong with this app. It was working fine before. Now there are many bugs. It has become difficult to use this app now. Issue: 1.When it is automatically navigating from browser site to cutshort app. Its going back and forth between 2 pages in app. 2. Unable to complete screening questions from app Guys please release a stable build.

Really bad platform. There are only automated responses. They are just collecting your data through these responses. The app is useless. For small things like replying message, they open chrome web page in the app. Overall functionality poor. Plus the whole idea of the platform is only about collecting your valuable data. And keeping you involved with automated replies and fake recruiter profiles who never actually respond.

Landed a job in 2 weeks. Easiest application to use on the go for finding and applying to jobs. more than just the app, their matching algorithm is superb. And also the companies that they have on their platform are quite impressive. I'm talking companies like swiggy, google, dream11, and more.

It's the worst app I've ever worked with. It isn't user friendly, when u try to apply for a job, it starts glitching and there is no way no you'd be able to apply for the job once the app starts glitching because it won't stop glitching. Worst app ever!!!!

Actually app was working fine before ...but from past few weeks it's not responding at all correctly may be new build is having lot of issues.. screening questions not showing up.. can't change resume while sharing ... can't edit profile ..not working ... please fix these as soon as possible... would love to change my ratings... please provide fixes

Posting jobs to gain a customer base won't make a lot of difference in the field. Unless you make efforts to keep the candidates informed what is the process, there is no point. I saw a job posting from cutshort itself for product role. There has not been a single change since the day I applied. Never been able to see a single new job posting for the position I'm applying from the day I registered. Building MVP is great but customer retention needs efforts. Just fancy UI can't be appreciated.

This is good platform for find a job, it will be great if you will fix some bugs. I have received 3push notifications instead of one for one job notification, sometimes it irritates user. All the best CutShort team at end team is doing great job.

Completely disappointed and annoyed with this App. I used their web app (cutshort.io) to create a requirement, as an employer. When I install and login to this mobile App, it doesn't show me any of those details - its just a blank App. Dont know if they have a separate mobile app for 'Employer'. Even if they do, it is not told anywhere. Very bad User Experience... !!

The functionality is not updated. For finding private messgaes I have to struggle. Job portal isnt easily accessible. Have to really find & search for every functionality. Only bcoz of recruiter quick response i am keeping this app, otherwise it was definitely an uninstall.

App is good. Flow is good. But the job opportunities enlisted on the basis of search query, for example, "UI/UX Developer", doesn't refresh a lot. No new opportunities are enlisted.

When I click on screening questions nothing happens. This app only good for notifications, nothing works after that, you can't even read notifications once you click on it, it's always loading.

it's great platform which have great filters while searching for job , provides tech quiz to stand out than other candidates , recruiter responds , just 1improvement from my side , if they can add the filter to filter the jobs which are available remotely worldwide not related to any country then I surely give 5 stars .

I had opted for 1 week paid subscription. I was getting pitches from geektrust, but none from cutshorts

very well made app with a good UI that is not hard for anyone to figure out. Ofcourse options were limited given the current circumstances but I think it lived up to my expectations. overall, very well made and intuitive, so I'm goving it a 5/5

Amazing app to complement the job search. I could talk to different recruiters, send them assignments and voice notes and even apply to other jobs and view the application status with the app. Wish other apps had such an amazing user experience.

I'm using OnePlus device, one you open the app... It doesn't let you to switch to other app or close it. Even tapping on settings from drop down doesn't work. Restarting or shutting it down are the only options.

Cutshort, what in the world have you done with your android app, once you open the app you just can't exit it anymore, the home button seems to be disabled and pressing the back button too won't exit it.. the only way to exit the app is by restarting the phone. Fix this asap, I am using oneplus 7t with android 11.

app is almost of no use unless you get a notification. whenever you open, the page is always blank. with no data in any of the tabs. just white blank pages.

Need to have more jobs on the platform relating to a specific position. Good idea overall but needs much better execution. Process of meeting potential job givers is easy but most of then are not using the platform. Because its ai for a while it feels like recruiters are responding but ita just an ai based response. Hardly met any recruiters. Applied for 12 jobs, for none of those jobs was my resume rejected or was I contacted. It's just been showing pending

The web view is working fine but mobile app is not showing any content except the tabs. Each time I tap on the edit icon which takes me to webview and there i browse my content and conversation. Please fix it ASAP.

Good hiring platform, but bad app. It takes control of my phone and doesn't allow me to switch to any other app. The only option left is to restart the phone. Better to use their website instead of this app.
