The original app was so much better. Even managing items checked out or on hold can be confusing. Really annoying.
Had to reset my pin. Now I can't log into the App (Unauthorized/Something Went Wrong error) however, I am able to log into the website with the same credentials. Please fix this App, it is ridiculous.

This app was workibg great then all of sudden i cant hear audiobooks played on it...ugh, so frustrating!
Cannot renew interlibrary loans - I installed it and uninstalled it within about 2 minutes. What is the use if it has such limiting functionality??

Constantly get "something went wrong" message. Am deleting the app.
Somehow it switched my branch to another one and I cannot edit my account to correct the error.

Great app I use it all the time to renew books, place holds and to download and read ebooks. However I am having issues with the newest update. Can't get logged-in and am hoping for a resolution soon.
Plays no sound. Used to work. Same app same account works on my wife's same phone.

Stopped working. Deleted my card number and logged me out. Cannot log back in.
This version for Android works very well. I like all the added features that browser access doesn't offer. I also got the Windows app for our family desktop and our tablets. Finally, CCPL got it right and is providing a great tool for accessing what it offers!
This app worked perfectly until today. It asked for my password and then locked up. Guess I'll have to go old school back to my PC.
Worst app I have on my phone. I use it only out of necessity.
Good to manage what you have out, but the search bar on the website turns up exactly what I want far more often than the app. I usually go online to request the book I want and on the app to renew it.
If this is what I get for my tax dollars then I want my money back. Locks up. Unusable. (Update) still garbage and I still want my tax dollars back.
Still won't load after update. Circle keeps spinning but never accomplishes anything. Won't even let you back out to Home Menu, have to force close it. Please finally fix this issue.
Horrible. Slow. Go back to the old app, it wasn't as pretty but it worked.

Worked well before, what happened?
The older version worked. This one spins and spins and takes forever to load checkouts (if it ever loads...) . Checkouts are showing 0 but I know I have at least 3 titles checked out. Hope CCPL didn't pay much for this cus it is worthless to this Galaxy user. Delete.
This app primarily directs you to several other apps in order to accomplish anything. Also only applies to Cuyahoga county when I can use my library card anywhere in ohio. I was unable to find, stream, download or watch anything I was looking for and sent places like kanapy & hoopla for more of the same. U am uninstalling this.
