GETTING STARTEDTo use the Cashmere Valley Bank App, you must be enrolled as a Cashmere Valley Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Easy to use. Great way to check your current bank account balance and transfer money between accounts
Does mostly what I need it to, simple and to the point. However, I would LOVE to have an option to manually subtract an outstanding charge from my balance like an incoming check that I must remember, or a bill payment that isnt instantly subtracted. Thank you.
Managing cards is somewhat misleading. Turning a card back on can take up to 24 hours. You should either turn it on immediately or inform the user when it will be active again. Also...real time push notification of transactions or attempted transactions is a must for mobile banking apps. This app feels outdated.
I like it!!! It is easy to use and always with me. Just a few seconds on my phone and all my payments are made and I know what I have e left. That prevents over drawing on my acount. I always can keep my spending under control. That is important to me. Thank you CVB.

Very easy to use.
Takes forever to recognize checks for mobile deposits, a pain to change your password. Gives me updates a day or longer after deposits or withdrawals. I frequently get error messages in app whilst trying to update. Great Bank, awful App
There is specific criteria on which checks can be deposited but they don't let you know that ahead of time. Now I have an endorsed IRS check that I can only deposit in their bank, 5 hours away. I even tried chat feature but no response. Pathetic
Great. Easy to use, information is easy to comprehend, simple layouts. Better than most big bank apps.
It has an easy to use inter face, and I haven't encountered any bugs yet, so a solid app!
It won't let me in. Everytime I try to open the app the message "an error occurred signing in. Please try again." I've uninstalled and installed again and nothing.
Very good banking ap. Tells your banking balances, individual transactions, & you can also deposit checks with it.
This app has serious delays in transactions and deposits or credited back on refunds. Fix this. NOW.
Love this app. Very easy to use. Just wish I was able add payee's for online banking through the app.
Like the cashmere Bank app...it lets me know right away if there a deposit made...or if there something going on with my account they notify right away...!! I like. So far.

Been banking here for years. Never have had a reason to change. Staff always friendly and efficient.
Very rarely will you get the correct amount balance. I always get an error when it tries to update my accoubt. There's way too many bugs it's ridiculous.
