Cant update the app. It wont even download the update. Keeps saying error for 4 days now. Cant check my balance, my immediate bank closed so i have to go 45 minutes to get to the closest bank branch. They wont even tell me my balance over the phone. This is a joke.
print is too small and light - needs to be darker, cannot enlarge items, cannot find forms, cannot find free ATMs
Very basic. It would be nice if you could deposit checks through the app.
No mobile deposit, the app feels very dated.
CAN'T SET UP AUTO PAYMENTS OR TRANSFERS, OR CHANGE OR DELETE ANY THAT ARE SET UP!!!!

Love the updated version. Shows balance after each transaction. Makes it so much easier for me.
I had this app for months and all of a sudden it's not letting me log in. I called the cvfc 3 times and reset my password. I can login online but not on the app. I am so dissapointed that it's not working on my cell anymore
So happy to finally have my credit union app. Only wish they were up-to-date on design. Material design guidelines are available from Google. It'll help make the app easier and more visually appealing, FYI.

Sure wish you could do the snapshot deposits with the app. I don't work in the county and it would make life easier.
at 1st the app was great and working fine, but now it wont let me log in. please fix.

It's about time this was released! !
The new update is horrible. You cannot see any purchases you made with your card and you cannot see any pending transactions. Makes the whole app useless. All they show are transfers and thats all you can do.🤦
