I've read lots of negative, frustrated and angry reviews. I was hesitant but thought I could always uninstall. To my surprise it works perfectly. Easy set up and it brought up all my prescriptions. I was able to set auto refill, order online and even print out my ID card, which I didn't have. Maybe they fixed it or I have a newer phone? It works for me.
Constantly says username or password not valid even after resetting the password, checking the user and the new password accepted right after the change. But sent back to login and told not valid. This has been happening for 3-4 months. I even uninstalled the app & reinstalled. Tried on a browser. Caremark sends a text that an issue needs to be resolved with an rx but I can't get in to see the issue. I'm pretty irritated & I do not want to waste time on a call when I should be able to login!!
So, I get that technology has some ups and downs, but it's ridiculous to have so many complaints about an app and an obvious systemic problem for almost THREE WEEKS without any update or further communication! AND the mobile web version keeps going down. Restarting, clearing cache, and uninstalling/ reinstalling the app does NOT fix the problem. Do your customers the favor of explaining why the app is not currently working. Your suggestions to do things we've already tried are unhelpful.
Since last update, app opens to CVS Caremark logo and freezes. Sometimes a Google Play popup appears, but the app no longer opens. Looked for the developer contact info to report the issue and it's a Gmail email account! Seriously?!?! I get that they probably outsourced development, but at least give them a Caremark email address to appear legit.
Horrible app. Crashes a lot, terrible functionality, and can't find the information you are looking for. If you have any other choices for Rx, do anything else but CVS Caremark.
It's not as simple as don't waste your time on this worthless app. It's so much worse. If you have a current web acct, this phone app will never complete it's so called validation process, then locks your web account. I went through three levels of phone customer support. The best quote from most senior was, "we don't have an IT department". Maybe she's right.
It updated today, and now it will not open right or work at all. I finally got frustrated and uninstalled and reinstalled it,and it still does not work at all. It opens to a blank screen with the cvs logo, pops up that play protect is already turned on, and does absolutely NOTHING.
For a company as large as CVS, why is this app always terrible? I'm almost never had it actually work and every single time I use it it seems like there's always a new roadblock or new broken feature. Pay for some good programmers. You're losing customers...
Almost a week since my prescription has been sent in, and they still have not sent it out. Express Scripts are head and shoulders above Caremark. If you want/need quick turnaround, this is not the service for you. I'm not sure what could be taking this much time.
The worst app on my phone. Constantly freezes. Can't access anything easily. Slow too! Why a company as large as CVS can't produce a user friendly app is beyond me.
Yup, latest version is still a POS. Still can't find my network when attempting to log in. Lord only knows how 100 other apps manage to connect everyday.
No longer works. I am having the same problem as reported by others. I have tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling. Worked for years and now doesn't. Fortunately, i have it on desktop. 2 weeks later, the same problem persists and I also sent message to support. I wish someone would develop a working app for CVS Caremark.
Consistently asking for a verification code. All in all a bad app and a waste of space. Frequently crashes.
This app is trash. It is super slow and does not run correctly. All it is good for is causing aggravation.
I have a new phone. Everytime I use the app and sign in I have to get a code. The app closes . I have tried reinstalling and reset the one. I finally was able to refill.
Can login on website but cannot in the app. Constantly says username and password are wrong. Try to retrieve username which I know and it says my member ID is not found. Worthless.
App worked fine until the last month. Now the information is dated and won't let me pay. Super annoying!!!
Was working fine, until it wasn't. Same problem as everyone else. None of the trouble shooting has worked. Now it's not even opening up. Update: As of 1/26/22 app has resumed proper functioning as before. Am changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars.
Unable to log into app. I've reset password and still can't get into the app. I can through web page but not in app. Customer service was absolutely no help at all. They can't reset the password. Useless app as it currently sits.
Easy and quick. I have occasional problems with it and have to call Silver Scripts to get a real live person to correct things in the computer. Otherwise, no complaints.
Dropping my review from a 2 to a 1. App doesn't start up anymore. I get a message that play protect is already turned on and then I hit OK. After that, app is just stuck at splash screen.
Not worth even 1 star. The company nor the app. Even when Doctors offices call AND fax prescriptions to them they still don't get it right. They only fill a few and don't send you the rest, but they DO charge you for what they didn't send. And there's nothing that can be done because no one seems to be there to answer the phones. Instead of charging my bank account, 1 or 2 payments like they previously did, each prescription was billed separately. Take your RX's elsewhere and don't use this app.
Been working great for years until recently. Now it won't go beyond the loading page that shows the app name. Really disappointing. Was great for people on the go and made requesting refills be filled easy until it stopped working.
This app is very informatible....lots of information. I'm a new member as of January 2022. I am still learning but very pleased.
Every time I go to log in, it just spins and spins and spins. User ID/PW is not the issue as the website works, the app is the issue. Looking at other reviews, seems to be an app issue, not a "one off" problem. Please fix the app.
