CVS Employee Self Service (ESS) is an optional scheduling tool which allows certain CVS Pharmacy Retail store colleagues to:
• View their shifts for any schedule that has been published
• View and request days off / time off
• View and request changes to their availability
• Advertise shifts to be picked up by other colleagues, swap shifts, and request extra work
Use of ESS is voluntary and provided for colleague convenience only. Colleagues can still view and request changes to their schedules in stores during working hours. ESS is for use by Pharmacy Technicians and Front Store Crew only. Exempt colleagues (including Store Managers, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Managers) DO NOT have access to the application. Contact your immediate supervisor for more application information. ESS use is not available in California.

It's nice that I can view my schedule and put time off request in. However, I can not change my availability. I try and it tells me unavailable. The app also crashes. I have to uninstall and then reinstall or reboot my phone. Also, please find a way for us to see when we clock in and out. That way we can see if there were edits or missed punches.

Extremely frustrating!!! I've reinstalled this app, 5 times, to try and correct multiple functionality issues. The latest update will not accept my credentials, so I can't even log in to see if all of the bugs have been fixed. This app has been consistently ineffective and should not be available until it can actually perform the tasks that it is advertised to perform.

Useless. When I first installed it it worked like a dream and was super beneficial. Then slowly, one-by-one the features started to have glitches. Now whenever I log in all I get is a white screen. It has become completely useless. Plus there is no support for the app. If it doesn't work, tough! CVS isn't going to fix it.

For those of you who rated this a 1 star, it's not the app's fault. When corporate integrated scheduling into the hub, it broke usability for both the app and web browser based myschedule access. Looking at the original reflexis download link, the iphone app was updated in March 2020, but we're still stuck with a September 2019 update. The September update, which is newer than the play store version doesn't work either.

helpful, convenient--until...it wasn't. A few times it would freeze on me, but wasn't a big deal to me- it worked majority of the time. I reset my password recently and it never worked again. I tried uninstalling it then installing it back. And still doesn't work. now it's not worth anything. bummer because this saved me from having to take pictures and writing down days I needed to request off.

I was having similar issues to the others have been describing in the previous reviews. I did recall some rule from my manager that we have to change our CVS passwords every three months. I brought that to her attention and I updated my password at work, and that seemed to solve the problem. I give the app 3 stars are because the flow and functionality of the app could definitely use some improvement.

This app has never worked for me, its been just a blank screen since I downloaded it and after uninstalling then reinstalling, it just shows an error message. Doesn't even deserve 1 star, the only reason I granted one is because it won't allow a post without it. If cvs wants us to use and rely on an app, they should make sure it actually works.

Needs to be fixed! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. White screen after successful login. CVS, you're a multi billion dollar company , I think it's safe to say you can afford to invest in better software developers that can create an app that actually works. Then again you have lousy software on store devices and registers as well so I guess I shouldn't really expect this to function properly either.

Useless, you can sometimes see your own schedule, but lately it's all "unpublished," even when it's actually published. You can change your availability, but only you can see it in the app, not your scheduler. You can't see anyone else's schedule to look at coverage options if you need time off.

HORRIBLE! I downloaded, uninstalled, and re-downloaded and it opens up to a blank screen everytime. If I need to see my schedule I'll just take a picture of it and have it on my phone. The absolute worst app.

I should have checked the ratings and comments. This is a totally useless app and shouldn't even be on the play store. You cant even use it because once you put in you credentials it turns into a blank screen. Extremely frustrating and shows a lack of care for the schedule

I downloaded this app to three different phones and every time I signed in it took me to a blank screen. I emailed cvs and I was never notified with solution. I called to get it resolved and agent refused to talk with me saying my manager had to talk with them which is incorrect. I still can not sign in and see a schedule. I think this whole experience has been a nightmare. I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't post without it.

I was totally fine with this until just a few weeks ago when it stopped showing the schedule and I requested time off which that used to let me know when things were approved and now it's not I basically have to go into my store to look at the schedule in the office because it doesn't show it to me online. Major bugs you need to get this fixed.

App is broken. I downloaded it on Android, put in my login credentials, and it shows nothing but a blank white screen. If I put in incorrect login credentials it doesn't do that, so I know I'm typing it correctly. Literally useless.

Rarely works. This time, the 5th time reinstalling, all I get is a white blank page after login. Is it too much to ask to have an app to work the way its advertised to work?? I'm uninstalling again!! Too much of a pain! Update 3/21/20 Still get nothing but a white page when trying to sign in. Why does cvs recommend this app if it never works?? Still one star because I can't give negative stars!!

While this app was working I had used it to put in time off request in 2 months early. Now that my time off is coming up I am having issue with my boss over the time off I asked for because they never showed up in the system. Good thing I have the screenshots, this app is aweful. Thank you CVS.

I would give it a negative rating if I could. Doesnt open after you log in just a blank screen. If a schedule has been published I've yet to see one so it is basically a useless app. Im done with it

Usually a convenient tool to request time off and look at your schedule. Sometimes requests don't always go through. Currently, the app turns white after logon so you can't do anything.

Put in password and username, take me to a blank screen. Other employees at the store have same issue. Now website address to use the same service isnt working as well. I wonder if it is being discontinued since no one uses it. I get texts all the time asking for people's schedules. Cant refer them to the app or the website anymore. Lame CVS, as usual.

If I could give this useless app no stars I would, My schedule has NEVER been in the system! Even when its published. I check it weekly. Plus it hasn't been updated since may 2019. You figured with as much money as this company makes they would at least have 1 thing that worked.

The app worked well when first launched but now it refuses to login and there are no options to troubleshoot from the login screen. Very disappointing.

Doesn't work when passwords need to be updated. Goes straight to login screen. It goes directly from logo to login. Used to have the option to change or view schedule first. It's like it never logs out, even after uninstall and reinstall. Please fix and advise ASAP.

Schedule is never up on here even after it is actually published. Its very frustrating to not have your Schedule at your fingertips like it was meant to be. Was working great up until about a month or so ago.

this app is great however those lately it's been buggy and the latest issues is whenever I try to log on, there is an issue with the Ssl connection.. it further reports that there is a hostname mismatch..When it works, it is great-however it hasnt worked as of late😤😞
