**APP CARD STILL NOT WORKING! Useless in this aspect. I can get my coupons in store or at the red box.** Ever since it didn't update about a week ago my CVS card shows but it will not scan the cashier has to type my card number in every single time. I would like to uninstall the update but I can't figure out how to go back to the original version AND it is so damn slow!! It's not worth the irritation and aggravation. I'm about one shopping trip away from uninstalling altogether.

Clunky. Example: check a prescription or order one and it chokes and says login session expired. When you had not even logged in in the first place. Makes no sense. I just picked up a prescription drove back to my office and 10 minutes later got a text saying I would be sent a barcode to get my prescription! Dumb. Slow generally. Often error message "problem occurred on their end" when you enter info correctly. Never easy or smooth. Seems like it's great for coupons but not much else

because the app didn't work properly 3 months in a row for me after spending hours shopping, applying coupons and using discounts, I received email stating my order was declined. I lost my carepass $10 each time I lost my shopping cart and went without what I needed... what...a...HASSLE & DISAPPOINTMENT. Ripped off because of course they're still taking the carepass fee from my bank. the app is also slow....I can't even count the time and $$ lost on this CVS issue. tried calling no luck.

This app is slow and it closes down a lot✓. I also have to keep an eye on my extra care rewards & my parmacy rewards, because there have been numerous times where I've had problems getting my points!, Also, I hope you never have to call customer service, even if you're lucky enough to get through in a somewhat timely manner... All in all, I still like CVS more than I dislike it. That's almost entirely due to the ability to stack so many coupons, and save myself lots of cash!

Don't get this annoyingly glitchy app, unless you enjoy being frustrated. It fails to recognize email as valid on sign-in even though it is the correct log-in and works on the website. When finally in the app, nothing works as it should. Editing info will freeze on a blank white page when you try to save and if it does go through, none of the changes actually save. If you try to update on the website first before going into the app, it doesn't recognize any of the changes then either.

The app has many useful features that I really like. It is very useful in requesting prescription refills. However, with all of the features it brings a lot of complexity in the interface. It is nice that you can now login using biometrics to sign into my CVS account. It would be nice if the app remained logged into the CVS account and had a more direct method of requesting and prepayment of prescriptions (less screens or menus).

Love it, Simple and Well designed!! NOT 5 Star, cuz there is a problem! One you can't remove any of the deals you don't want and Two, once you put the deal you can't remove or move it back to deal list. Deal list is sometime too long to find what you're looking and Not able to edit your preference!!

The app is very easy to navigate. I love having all my and my family's prescriptions in one place. I can get reminders when prescriptions need to be refilled and I can order refills right on the app. No more calling and calling then waiting on hold forever. It quick and easy on the app! Helps come tax time to have all your total prescriptions in one place. It's easy to print off to give to the tax person each year.

The app tends 2B a little glitchy often. Continuously experience difficulty at "check out". Have updated my address multiple times and app still displays an old address. The address is crucial when it comes time to pay w/ur credit/debit card b'cuz the billing address has to match what's on file with your credit/debit card issuer. Cannot complete orders. Keep getting error msg. Don't know Y CVS would bother to reply here when once U leave a review U most likely never come back.

It's a good app but the prescription server goes down way too much. And you have go thru like 4 steps just see your scripts. You used to just sign in and it was right there. Now you have to go to multiple screens and half the time the final step won't load so you never make it to the list of meds.

Hard to find a more Disfunctional App than the CVS App. It literally doesn't work most of the time, with constant error messages. Also get ready for a call hang-up if you happen to call the "888" phone number in an error message. Just a terrible app

When they flag something and it glitches they make you uninstall and reinstall. Small price for a convenient miracle, I suppose. Very convenient usually if you use cvs a lot. A little buggy sometimes, but still good. 4/8/22 This ap now crashes since the last update. If you click on available prescriptions it crashes. Been like this for a month, and not just on my phone. The store rarely answers the phone so CVS has been very difficult to work with lately.

I've had issues finding where the beauty rewards savings were. but I figured it out. I signed up once before and I suppose it didn't register. everytime I'm in the store I basically register to beat party of the beauty rewards it's like a glitch in the app, maybe? I appreciate the rewards bucks I get back every month for buying beauty products and the free gift monthly after spending $30. that's great incentives. beauty products are ridiculously overpriced. everything is nowadays I like saving $

I love how all of the coupons, my Extra Care bucks, my money back that I earn, and my monthly $10 are all on the app which automatically offers for me to use on my purchase and have my receipts emailed to me. And to be able to check my meds, if they're ready, when they're eligible for refill, ordering refills, and paying for them ahead of time is awesome and makes pick-up super quick.

Easy to use, provides necessary information. Easy to make changes to prescriptions I no longer take or has been changed. Recently I've encountered problems with the app freezing up or saying error or close. It's happened a number of times. Otherwise it still remains a good app.

This app is really buggy. I get notifications that I need to use my Care Pass $10 before it expires despite having already used it. My carts shows I have items in it even though it's empty. When adding coupons sometimes they won't apply and I have to close and reopen the app before it works. Stacking coupons sometimes crashing it also. I wish the app were a little more smoother.

It used to be easy to get prescriptions delivered after they were ready but now we have to jump through hops! Tha app is just not user friendly. Extremely hard to try to get things done since you have to figure out how to get to things. Same thing with the website. Overall not happy with how complicated it's become to do a simple task.

I like what CVS has to offer with respect to beauty/cosmetics, supplements, office supplies, groceries, home products, rewards programs and other goods and services. However, my only problem with CVS is that it's too expensive; rarely is my bill less than $250.00 when I visit and that's with using my CARE Card and Rewards. Therefore, I limit my visits and do more comparison shopping for my favorite items at other stores.

I really like this app. From ordering refills to looking at my extra bucks it's easy to use and navigate. Shopping is a little challenging but I still can find what I'm looking for. Oh!! Did you know that the app also has your shot record in there? I like this feature best because I can pull it up at a Dr Appt and make sure they know what I've taken and when. You really must have this app if you use CVS for your scripts!!

This app was fine until the most recent update. Now when I scan items in the store none of the coupons show as attaching, instead it's one big blank white page. Please fix it I rely on this feature in the store to scan items and then load the coupon to my card so I don't waste paper.
