This app is great for keeping track of my holds and due dates as well as keeping track of my kids holds, pickups, and due dates as well. It is great that you can add more than just one or two accounts, however, there is no way to remove an account when the card number changes or the child is old enough to be responsible for their account on their own. It would also be really nice if the app would display their name on the account selection screen rather than just the account number, would make account selection much easier. Overall a great and useful app.
Great app. I can access both mine and my daughter's card without having to log in and out like with the website. The one suggestion I have is to enable placing holds within the list without having to click each individual item. I usually order multiple things at a time and it would be much simpler to have a check box beside list items so you can place multiple holds at a time, instead of just a "remove" button.
This app keeps me up to date with what I have checked out. When someone recommends a good book or movie, i just pull out my phone and place a hold for it. When I am heading to the library, I walk around with my phone gathering everything I need to return. I love this app.
great app. I had problems with a previous version, but the issues have been resolved, and now please excuse me, while I update my reading list!
I love it! This app is wonderfully made, kudos to the Developers
Ok don't use return box
Did not see.
I think this is a great app. Makes putting your books on hold so easy. The only thing is that I wish you could set your preferences. Like where you want your permanent library pickup to be. I pick mine up in a different town then when I live in. So i have to remember to change it every time. But overall very user friendly
CWMARS librarian here. Some feedback here are issues related to library cards not the app. Just FYI, your CWMARS card "expires" every 2 years. Your library wants to review your contact info occasionally & this is the way to do this. And you can create both a username & password for your account on the web which are way the heck easier to remember than your barcode. I think the app is an improvement over the browser version especially on small screens. Users are looking for it to replicate web though.
When I first installed this app a few months ago, I was able to login and make holds and check due dates. Now, I can't even log in. Neither my password or card number have changed in the process.
Why should I have to pull out my library card every other day to renter my long card number and password?
Would like to use this but I can't login thru the app!
Great app but no lists?
Thank you! Just a quick request: maybe being able to have access to lists that were created. Thanks!
Thanks
Because of today's rĂ´le for libraries, being able to ID materials by format is essential. I can't see a way to search or review results by format. Hopefully, that could be fixed to make the app increase enormously in functionality.
Down loaded to my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. Works well, but I do wish it had an advanced search.
Makes it so easy to use C/W Mars on my Android phone! Love that I can easily search the catalog and renew current items.
I was logged in but none of my holds showed.
Very convenient way to borrow almost any printed book! Search the entire CW / MARS network of libraries across Central Mass to see which libraries have it, with details about each edition, availability, etc. "Order" your books, and in a few days you'll get a notification that ready to pick up at your local library. Lots of other options also: choose a specific copy to borrow, pick up at a different location, renew books, pay any fines you owe, and lots more. We use this app all the time!
