Lame! Only thing this app is good for is to check your balance it can't even send funds to another bank account. Tried paying a bill and it won't let me select the account from which the bill is to be payed from👎

Worst app, I can't do an External Transfer. It's not giving me the option to add the account I want to transfer to, this app needs to be fixed it keeps saying app has encountered an error everytime I try to access it's really annoying. When is this app going to get it's bug issues and annoying encountered an error fixed I'm really frustrated with it now

The app is simple, but the ongoing error for a few months needs to be fixed. I thought that I was the only one having issues with it. I don't want to go into the location at this time, so anything that can keep me updated with what is happening in the account is good. Please fix, thanks.

This app was basic but even so I was able to use it, from the recent update I have not been able to access the app none at all

The update as locked me out of my account this is some real B's. Can't log in to see my my balances. So disappointed with you ppl service both in house and online

Needs a better user interface. App is sluggish. Biometric login needed. Login screen and log out screen should not be the same.

Love the new version especially the website I was wondering how long before y'all update,like other banks ..great job!!!!

This app needs to be modernized and updated. But I guess like everything else nobody gives a dam because it is "functional".

Wish I could transfer money from my bank account to my CWJCU account. Otherwise from that issue, it's a good app.

App is very simple and user friendly, however needs a login start up area at beginning to access all features of app.

Can't access this app it says" system has encountered an error, please try again later" it's been saying this for months now

This app doesn't give you the option to transfer to other Banks C & W need to do better the worst app on the market

When yu want to..n think of f....y this app is n need to flush. Yu only can view yu account n transfer to only d same branch😅
