Might be company's fault for set up but the experience is poor compared to what offerings and alternates I know was there before and still appears outside of CWT.
App is good, notifications are obnoxious. When I have a trip planned, I receive about 1 notification every hour that just says, "1 trip item updated." Every single time the exact same message appears with no explanation of WHAT trip item was updated or what the update was. It's honestly a bit anxiety-inducing to read a notification like that when you're traveling. Please either be more specific or just stop the notifications entirely.
The app indicated that my trip selection was no longer available. However, I closed it and launch it again and my first, preferred selection was available
Name of the Traveller should be at Top with Bold fonts, In India CRPF always get confused when don't find the Traveller name on top. When this issue will get resolved I will give 5 star but now only 2.

Not flexible. Does not allow to search hotels in other cities.
DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR RESERVATIONS. SCREWED UP THE ENTIRE TRIP! No airline confirm code sent. Did not use TSA Pre Check traveler code. Did not send confirmation email or Outlook reminder! Adding a car to a trip is a complete disaster with this app. "Adding" a car should pickup on the dates, times and airport you are flying into and out of. Instead this app treats the car reservation as if it were the only thing you wanted to do. Horrible coding. This App is a nightmare!
Can you make the ticket no. and record locator fields selectable (highlightable) so they can be cut and paste into other apps. This allows for easier check in for other apps on your phone. Otherwise I am having to go back and forth to remember the characters making it easy to make a mkstake.
6 Oct 2019 In the meanwhile I can search for Premium Economy Class, but when for 10+ hour flights booking is declined because the flight is deemed too short Maybe it's a configuration issue. More disconcerting is the apparent inability off the app to understand dates. Flight departure next year in May? I get daily reminders that my flight is departing today. Travel itinerary is missing one hotel night? I'm alerted that the nights are missing hotel accommodations.
I used to use Tripit before my company started using myCwt. So I have to compare this app with Tripit. The safety alerts in myCwt and the gate change alerts have helped me and are definitly on the plus side. This is like having Tripit Pro. Negative side: It is not possible to add seat information to your trip if it is not in your airline itinerary. The app shows your hotel information for every day. So you have to scroll down for a long time in long trip to see what is below. Tripit shows travel information in much clearer way. Also in Tripit you can add information manually in easier way. I think I'll stop using this and pay for Tripit Pro. It is much better app.
Have used it once...and it may be the last. Carefully loaded all rewards #'s and booked a Courtyard. The reservation did not show up in my Marriott app, so I couldn't check in or access my gold benefits. Had to stand at the desk answering endless questions. If this happens again, I'll go back to booking directly with Marriott.
Very good app and specially providing E boarding pass in app itself. Gate number is not getting updated even aftet provided in app.
I love the UI, and the UX. The notifications are useful, although sometimes the "updates" to the trip don't seem like anything actually changed, so it's a bit spammy. Other than that I love this app, very helpful for traveling.
couldn't be worse! Twice while using this app to book travel it's charged my corporate card instead of charging the travel account that I specified. I triple checked the 2nd time it happened just to make sure I had picked the right form of payment and it still made the mistake. It caused me multiple headaches trying to change anything and correctly resolve my corporate accounts.
This app is so convenient for travel. I HATE downloading new apps, but I have zero regrets about this one. Flight itinerary, hotel stay, car rental, it has everything for my upcoming trip on here 😊 It even updates me with safety alerts (like the measles outbreak for example) for the area I'm traveling to.
Had to do flights multiple times before it would accept it.
Update to my earlier rating. My traveler profile was pre populated and included errors - not trivial - my name and date of birth were wrong. I have not been able to edit the data fields. I contacted CWT but have received completely nonsensical replies from a computer telling me to phone if my enquiry falls into one of four areas. I have received this response four times now. News flash - not one of the four areas! Completely useless app and impressively useless support.
The App asked to check in to my flight. When I pressed on it it chose...nothing. I had to enter everything manual. Also, for hotel booking I can not simply add my own. Difficult to use, many steps required whereas others are WAY more intuitive. Unfortunately, my company forced me to use this app, so I'm stuck with it. This is a good example of "we need something. Who has 5 Min time to do that?"
CWT have very poor list if hotels. There are very few hotel options available for booking. They don't have any hotels listed in Bokaro city. This is quite dissapointing. Even the hotels rates are far above than the market rates. Not recommended at all.
Good app, could be improved, can't select a trip where hotel was outside of travel area, booked a flight to Heathrow, app assumes I'm staying in London area, doesn't take inro account I might be gettin taxi to Newbury....had to book hotel separate to the trip, not a big deal, but looses a star for that.
The only problem i see is for the monitored flight feature where it shows time to departure. its really idiotic that my flight is on 10th August but everyday it shows 24hrs to flight and reduce till flight time of the day then get reset to 24hrs again. This needs a quick fix else stop this feature as it confuse the user when they are in different time zone.
I turned off the notifications because I was getting up to 6 app messages a day about changes but the app doesn't do a good job of showing you what changed. I called tech support and they blew me off. poor app and poor tech support.
Easy to book and useful features. Sometimes cheaper alternatives.
