This worked fine on my iphone gor years. When I switched to Android I then had to pay again, and in recent weeks it gives faulty information on distance covered and the route display on the map. I cannot seem to find an upgrade to fix tge bugd. Each time I use the app I now get a add to pay an annual subscription for the Elite version. I have paid 2 times already for something that does not work.
Great app and had everything I'm looking for but a few things are totally off. I just cycled and in the splits screen my highest speed was 70mph, which just wasn't possible. But in the Laps/intervals screen my highest speed was 38mph. In the stopwatch my highest speed was 45mph. So, I have absolutely no idea what my speed were. Also, the stop detection doesn't seem to stop the clock when you stop. I have no idea how to set timers for interval training. Love it but needs a bit of work.
The app is great, but the developers need to add a user account system so that your data is automatically synced to their servers and isn't dependent on your device. My Android phone malfunctioned and I lost all my rides and my paid Elite plan because the data was not saved on cloud. Edit on 02 September 2020 after getting a power meter: this app is insane! The amount of features they've got are incredible for the price and are perfectly suited for training.
Clear visually, consistent, history of rides a feature, break down of rides into performance over sections helpful.
I used to 😍 this app, but now that it's taken the features I loved and packaged them into a subscription service I'm less than thrilled. Nevertheless, if the app works flawlessly and streamlines an aspect of my fitness routine, I can make a case that it's worth the 10 bucks/year But it isn't doing that. I had hoped the fitness activity would automatically with MyfitnessPal, and just generally be better than when I used it in 2013-2015, but it isn't. And I keep getting an API ERROR ALERT.
Comprehensive stats. Intuitive, logical function.
Have been using this since March 2020 after trialling Strava. This one I much prefer but purely a personal choice. The best experience I have had so far is the support from the developers. I moved from Apple to Android and expected to pay for the elite version again. I contacted Avio prior to downloading and received a long, well thought out reply containing full step by step instructions in how to transfer my data from iOS to Android. This worked first time. Fantastic service.
I really like the maps and graphs, it's nice to look back after a bikepacking journey.
Easy to use app that gives me everything I need, no over-complication.
I didn't even bother to try the app as you can't do anything without subscribing to that 7 day trial. But the trial subscription is actually a year long subscription if you don't cancel it yourself before the end of the trial. I just wanted to try my ant+ sensor compatibility before paying for the app. Also, black theme please... most phones are runing oled now and white is the worst for battery life...
Use it weekly and works consistently well
I have used the free version and loved it so much I decided to get the paid version. I continued to love it for several years. Until this week. I just got a new phone and was bummed to not see all my data come over from my old phone to the new one. I decided to try their support for assistance and 2 emails later they were able to help me move my data over to the new phone. So now I absolutely love the app. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cycling app. Look no further.
Guys rethink your charging policy, a feature like ' automatic stop detection' is free in Strava/Komoot/Openrunner many more - nobody dares to ask a premium subscription for that ! Honestly: added value for your app is all the sensor support - just ask for that a premium subscription pls. Further the choice of an output storage folder is missing - for Android that's not practical most users would use their memory card. Why asking a birth date in settings - isn't age good enough ?
The Cycle meter ap is fantastic. Here are some things I like about it. The history function helps me keep up with my annual riding goals. I like how it times each ride and stops when I stop so that riding times are more accurate. The ap keeps weather conditions and calorie counts. This ap is the best.
The best cycling computer app, with full customizable screens, all the data gathering (serves Bluetooth, ant+ for the sensors) and capturing options. Flawless data presentation. Well thought and engineered, very stable.
Great app. Works fine on Samsung running Android 9 (Pie) Nice selection of info screens and very customizable. Don't miss my dedicated cycle computer. Is there anyway to display the map in direction up mode instead of just north up, if so it gets 5+ stars.
ZERO STARS CRIPPLEWARE. Every useful feature is behind the pay wall. What I experienced. 1/The 7 day free trial button is disabled. 2/Constant advertising to subscribe. 2/No access to recorded rides. 3/No access to local mtb trail maps.... Just Crippleware so I'm staying with Strava.
Best bike computer app out there! I have used cyclemeter for 3 years now it's my number 1 cycling app. I use it as a bike computer but it does a lot more. You can edit the info you want to see on the "Stopwatch" screen. I have 2 stopwatch screens running the 1st with lots of info the 2nd with speed, cadence, time only. I pay the £10 a year for the pro version. The only 1 bad thing is on android you can't have the app on several devices signed in to the same account.
