You can view your account balance, add funds and start cycles on washers and dryers in your laundry room. You can also view real-time machine status and send service requests if needed.

Absolutely no problems. One suggestion. I had absolutely no problems using this app, washers and dryers are clearly marked with the correct number. Price is the same as by coin, although some front load machines are more expensive. This system is much more convenient than our old smart card based laundry system that required me to go to a different building in my complex to reload. One suggestion, please let us save payment card information in the app.
Easy to use and navigate. So far so good after one wash and dry cycle. A suggestion if I may, when you type in the machine number, it takes you to the next page where you choose between the washer or the dryer based on your need. With that setup, I forsee a lot of occasions where you are not paying attention and you accidentally select the wrong machine. There needs to be a cancel option in the event that happens, even if the machine is already in use.
This app won't let us add money until we update the app but then it won't let us update the app. It says to "re establish" an internet connection. The problem is it is connected. We have tried with and without wifi and also with our data connection. We have tried on both android and iphone. The app won't even let me log out cuz of this "re-establish" issue. Very inconvenient.
Would be good to have the option of saving payment information. Dryer timers are totally off. Would be much better if you could simply enter the number of minutes for dryers, rather than go through multiple transactions to get the time you want. App frequently hangs between transactions, requiring a restart.
First it would not connect with half the machines and now I can not add funds. It shows the options of amount to add but the app will not do anything when I click on it. Now the machine in our apartment building will no longer accept credit cards. Cash only! We are now supposed to use the terrible to add funds by credit card. SERIOUSLY!!! I JUST WANT TO WASH MY DIRTY CLOTHES.
This is the first time I use this application. The complex I live in just installed new machines and I love it! Very convenient, NO MORE QUARTERS!!! This is actually genius 👏, it also keeps track of your laundry time and will send you a phone notification if you request one. I am very pleased with this application, thank you!
This app is pretty decent, what I would like to see is an option to reset the washer if you accidentally select the wrong cycle. I would also like to see an option where your phone would alert you when your washer or dryer load was finished. Still like the current way it's set up too.
Apps great works good. Need to have wifi off and your Bluetooth on, in order to use app. However only 4 stars due to late at night your not always able to get the app to work at times. The young lady that helps with the app is always wonderful. Very helpful. The gentleman that gave me information on how to contact her was very helpful..
This is my first time doing this. I have a debit card that is just a spend card that the machine wouldn't take (not because the magnetic strip was damaged but because it's just a spend card not connected to a checking account)! But by using the phone app, I was able to use that spend account and it went through!! As a result, I was able to finish my laundry, thank goodness!!!
Using this at my laundry now and it's annoying. I've had to load and unload my laundry four times now to find a dryer that will "vend" and turn on with this app. Also, with some machines I'm getting charged more thru this app than if I had quarters. And finally, it takes forever to turn on a machine! So.... I'm not using this anymore. Great concept, horrible execution.
An app that works. However, having to re-enter my billing details every recharge is beyond annoying. Save my info and make me put in the 3 digit security code to confirm.
When the app will actually let me login, it's alright. I've loaded money onto here before, and it did not show up in the balance. Attempted to start the washer anyways, and it worked. My money showed up on the balance after I started the next load So that's good. Most times I exit out of the app, I have to re-login(have to do forgot password half the time, kind of annoying) Today, I have done multiple loads of laundry using this app... while transfering my clothes to the dryer... of course I had to re-login. Merpp. WELLLLLL apparently I'm unable to login because of a 111 error??? Soggy clothes blehh. This app is a great idea, but needs work.
This app never worked quite right. Maybe we can blame it on me using a Galaxy S7 at the time. But even on my new phone it seems buggy glitchy and not responsive; telling ME to check MY Internet signal where IT is unable to connect or be used. Maybe it is just that my devices suck. But it wouldn't explain the local laundromat switching apps. I liked the abilty to connect laundry cards instead of credit cards. Baker's Centre Laundromat's app lacks this feature. Thus me looking back at cyclepay
Numerous times the app has taken money out of my account when trying to start the washer or dryer but the machine fails to start and keeps the money and a lot of the time my phone can't even connect to the machine because the app claims the machine can't be located. This entire sysyem has been a hassle and completely unreliable from the start.
App freezes up after use, and does not allow refunds. Timing is off when using app/actual machine use, it'll give the incorrect time to return. Allows for price gouging. ($4 to wash and dry clothes, $2 bucks each machine) Does not allow error messages or notice of broken/malfunctioning machines.
Crashes every time. Very slow. Needs refreshing constantly to get accuracy. Timer is often incorrect on how long there is left for washer and dryers. Says low funds even after you've added money. It's very old fashioned.
Works approximately half of the time. Failure to connect to machines, or saying there is no signal when the phone's connection is working just fine. Incredibly frustrating to use.
Won't let me add funds to my account. The washers in my apartment building dont have card readers so I have to add funds then pay through the app if I dont want to go to the nearest laundromat to get quarters. But whenever I try to add funds, it tells me my card has been declined. And this happens with all of my cards. The same cards that are working just fine everywhere else. Tried to email customer support but after a little bit of back and forth they stopped responding.
Never had a problem with this app until today's update, the timer is off (when I have 40 minutes left it says I have 1 minute 10, and the times are an hour ahead in the activity section. Update every time this app updates I have problems, now it keeps signing me out and it won't let me refresh, every time I try it says to check my internet connection, I have checked and it's fine, this is beyond frustrating!
0 if possible. I hate this app. I have an account but today when I tried to log into the app, it just told me to "please wait" indefinitely. I would ditch the app, but the card readers on our machines are broken as well. I already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, twice.
Landlord switched out machines using PayRange for this, so this install was not by choice. I really don't like how invasive the app is. I shouldn't have to tell you where I am, I should only need to be in proximity to the machine I want to use. To pay you have to enter your CC info, meaning you have to trust this company with storing that data, instead of asking if I want to use a CC I have associated with my Google account. There's no good reason to ask permission for location, media, contacts
After the update keeps logging out of the app. Please fix it. Its painful to login every time you open the app, that means for drying and washing separate login. Also after payment the refresh doesnt work and screen freezes
App is easy to use, but there is some issues with connecting to some of our machines at my complex. Can't say if it's the fault of the app or the machine itself. Hence the 4/5
The app doesn't update or refresh well. Not all machines are available on the app. You have to reenter your credit card every time you want to reload instead of auto saving.
I'm old, crippled, without a car and I was out of quarters. So, in short, the app was a God-send. Even my being too stressed to be truly completely blessed did not adversely affect my ability to use the app with ease. No more cussing out some store clerk because they laughed at my pain while refusing to give me a single quarter. I'm back quiet.
I never knew a laundry app would make it easier to get my clothes washed. It's easy to navigate. Sometimes my phone has difficulty connecting to the machines. Overall, it's worth it.
Location services suck, 5 dollars is a minimum for adding funds which is extremely problematic when I only want to do a single load, and you don't actually see if a machine is free or being used. It only shows which machines you are vending. Might as well just make these coin-OP, I never asked to be a lab rat for ANOTHER app.
Connects well to the machines, but forces me to add money to my account in preset increments. This makes me often have not enough or way too much, which is incredibly frustrating.
They just Installed new washing / dryer machines & U have to download this new app to be able to use the machines or use quarters. But it's only 2 days since they were placed here and they have already broken down. I tried to use one machine it started to spin but no water came out. I took all my stuff out and put it in the only other machine to Use. And that 2 has taken my money & detergent. Oh yeah, it's more expensive U can ONLY leave a message & wait for them to call... still waiting
The app is confusing and not very forgiving. When looking at the machines, if you click on one, it automatically vends it. This isn't very user friendly, there should be a confirmation. I just wanted to check the machine. It also combines tower dryers into one machine in the app, which makes it confusing to keep track of each individual dryer. It needs a massive UX redesign.
