Really enjoying using this app! It finds really peaceful and quiet bike routes around town. I have a noticed a few things that would make it even better if fixed: the app fails to find an internet connection at random times even though I'm connected to WiFi / 5g and have good connection, when saving a plan i can't refer to it by saved name when I want to navigate to it, can't rotate map and can't repeat routes from history. Everything else about the app I love!
Keeps crushing! I only used the app a few times in the week trial period, it took a while to get the navigation started, but once it did, I was happy to ride on London routes I had not used before. Since paying for the subscription, I've not been able to use the app again as it just keeps crushing. I tried reinstalling it, to no avail. Can you help? I'm happy to stay subscribed, but only if the app works.
I'm not interested in telling the app to continue everytime I stop at a stop light or pick up someone's order for work, it continues to spam you none stop if you want to "finish the ride"? I have to pay attention to the road not the app constantly spamming me all the time, I just don't feel like it is a safe app to use, everytime it ask you have to answer for it to continue to record your ride
My favourite app so far and I've tried a few, I subscribed because I want the extra features, it's worth it, I like how it seems much easier to use than a lot of other apps and like others have said it seems great at finding the quiet safe routes. Recommended!
Great app, most of functions are Premium only BUT I wanted an app to record my route and it's exactly what the app does. Auto pause is very handy too. Thank you.
Not paid for the upgraded version, the free version is bob on, does eat away at your battery though, so make sure your fully charged or have a portable charger.
It will plot a great route that is safe . Awesome I wish that Door dash would use this for EBike deliveries . Google will take you on a fast car route . That is no good
Fab once you get your head around how best to use this app you will love it. use head phone for the turn by turn that's really good 👍 👌 😌
It's a really enjoyable app with a ton of good data and maps at your disposal. Manually planning routes is simple and fun. Where I live the pre-planned routes that are generated are only okay, but that's likely because of the suburban nature of my area. Also really affordable for the premium subscription. 👌
This app is very helpful, building my awareness of cycling lanes and routes, while also helping me navigate London relatively seamlessly. However there are two aspects where it could be improved: - If I zoom out of the navigation map to get an idea of where it is taking me, I lose the step by step navigation and have to physically move the screen myself the rest of the way - Not aware, or taking into account pedestrian only areas -- ended up crossing a busy road to realise it was directing me into a pedestrian only portion of Hyde park. -- is there a way to mark off areas that are 'pedestrian only' to correct the information? If these items were addressed I'd give it a 5/5
Easy to use, has a few quirks but overall a very useful app. Planning a route could be easier with the ability to snap to trails when setting way points. I realize I'm using the free version but a 25 miles bike route is way too high of a minimum. 10 would be nice and I seldom ride even that far, I would honestly think 5 is plenty.
Am trying the free version now. Like having alternative routes especially bike friendly ones. Only problem is cost since i hardly cycle, and a lower cost will attract more people to pay for the app. I hate subscribing for apps but don't mind a payment of about $10 for perpetual access as I frequently drop out of activities and hobbies.
I have tested all of the cycling apps available and this is by far the best and most comprehensive offering. The app has nearly all the top features on the market, a great free version and an excellent UI (think the Citymapper of cycling apps). My only suggestion to improve the app would be to introduce community heat maps (filterable by bike type) for suggested routes, as it can be hard to find routes in my area suitable for exercising on my road bike.
Super glitchy can't even load a map when I have full service.
My first experience was really positive with the avoid traffic navigation. The app changed from bigger country road with traffic to small side roads with almost no traffic. That worked excellent. Some improvement could be done: Upload GPX and use them for navigation not only history of rides. Include zoom buttons. Pinch zoom is difficult during a ride. Battery usage. It's OK but I have seen better. Surface preview. Asphalt, gravel etc. Sightseeing highlights close by. Recommended app!
