The app was bearable before the update. It has gone from bad to almost unusable. There are so many bugs. The navigation arrows don't work consistently when viewing a particular bike. The link to the dealer when looking at a particular bike is completely broken. Navigating between your filtered bikes and a specific bike is buggy. Etc, etc, etc... Where is the quality control, beta testing, and etc for the software? You need to hire a more competent software development team. This is awful.

Full of bugs. Crashes constantly. When trying to search, there is always error message. Reinstalled the app and noticed there is an update. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the issue,I still get error message. Worthless. Only way to search and actually use cycle trader is to use browser. Don't waste time with this like I did.

Developers, this app needs a serious update! I will search for a bike, and find a lot. Then I will go search for something different, and find nothing. Then I will search for the previous bike that I found plenty of...and find nothing, using the same criteria that I previously used. Using an actual computer is so much easier, but I can't sit around the house. Oh, and searches that I save from the computer do not integrate onto the app: it says nothing found, change criteria.

This is the most unintuitive and frustrating vehicle search app I have ever used. It constantly resets my search radius, hitting the back button does seemingly random things, updating my search parameters frequently results in "no results found" forcing me to hit reset all and start from scratch.

This app is awful. You cannot search correctly or filter results. There are 45 of the model I am searching for and it will only show the closest one (just one) even on nationwide search... Save time and use a browser.

God I hate this app ...just use the website ...you go to select the prompts to choose "make & model " and it doesn't even work!! I remember I had issues with this app 5 years ago. It's good to see they haven't fixed anything ! They fix one problem then go ahead and create a new one....

Search unpredictable. A recent search says 646 cycles found, yet only a handful of results from. GA and TN are displayed, despite clearly having selected Nationwide results. Other times, I get a banner showing n number of results, but search clearly can't complete query to ever show any. Deficiencies in search really make app useless.

Awfully app. I get different search results compared to my desktop. When I go to change the search filter options I have to clear everything. This is what happens when a company has no competition.

This app was working okay for me for the longest time, but now it won't let me view the 311 that match my search, it will only give me the close 8 of my search. I have tried every advanced setting to try and fix it myself. Please fix this app it could be an amazing tool for motorcycle purchasers

The app can be unstable at times. Integration with alerts from app to phone or email to app is full of bugs and glitches. The search function has gaps and blind spots.

The search and filter function is buggy and doesn't work. I had this app about 2 years ago and it seemed to work okay at best now it is just plain garbage. Don't waste your time with this app.

What's going on guys? Your app needs some serious maintenance and nobody is in. App does not work. I try and search by zip code and it won't let me trim down the listings based on trims. To top it off, why don't you guys offer a dark mode?

How can such a big organization have such a shoddy app. Depending on what element you search, it erases previous info. If you choose "submit", it registers another unwanted entry. Did anyone test this before putting it out there? This is an embarrassingly flawed app.

Just an all around bad app. Super buggy and only one or two of the filters actually work.

Garbage. Works when it wants. Thought it was a good app opens when it feels like. Can't put in what you are looking how many miles from home just plain doesn't work. Developers need to get back to work. Could be great if bugs were fixed.

Very slow. The pop up ads make scrolling a pita. Search results are sometimes inaccurate showing models not in the criteria. I'm going to stick with the browser version. The scrolling issue is very frustrating.

You have to pay for a 2 week as with 4 photos. This used to be free. On top of that mostly all you will receive is spam or scam messages. Just keep moving and use something else like FB marketplace, at least you don't have to pay to be spammed or scammed. Edit for 2/8/2022: Well now this app is entirely useless for buyers. You can no long sort by distance when searching for bikes.

It's not allowing me to make selections, older version of app was great. I'm deleting this app

What the hell is going on with this App? It used to work great, now it's buggy and nothing loads. Fix it or delete it

This app no longer functions on my phone. When I try to search I get a network error. When I click a brand icon to browse, I get the exact same network error message. I have tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, updating, and nothing works. It has been this way for maybe a year.

It's buggy. If you are JUST searching you will probably only encounter a bug that shows you the first 5 vehicles repeatedly once in a while and that's not too bad; I'd give it a 4 if it was just that. Next, I can't seem to reliably remove saved entries. Also clicking on a listing in your saved list, then backing out, sends you back to the home screen, not the saved listing, which is frustrating since you have to click to see if it is still for sale. I'd love to see improvements.

I have DL the app several times over the past few years, but always end up deleting it due to the search function. Results often repeat after you've scrolled a bit, and sometimes it will return" no matches" to a search for a common bike. Without a working search function, it is nothing more than frustration, especially when you have saved a search. Developer always says, "we've updated and fixed bugs", but it's always the same

DATA HOG!!! Just looking at ad postings intermittently over a two-day period has used 2 1/2 gigabytes of my data. This app uses more data than watching lower resolution YouTube videos. I complained about this two years ago, but nothing has been done about it. I think people must be uploading high megapixel photos, and they are not being downsized. Either that, or there are lots of image files downloading in the background. Since I don't have unlimited data, this is a deal-breaker.

This this simply doesn't work correctly. It doesn't sort right, it's slow - at best, and doesn't display results right. For example, there are 32 results but only 11 are displayed. Or, when sort on least expensive is selected, it provides rather random results. Nothing in any sort of order. My I suggest you scrap this and start new?

the redesign of the app is very bad. there's a lot wrong here but let's start with the low hanging fruit. the app is worse than its previous version in every way from a ux standpoint. what you can touch and can't is not apparent, large enough, or consistent. Google publishes ux guidelines for a reason. the whole experience went from being mediocre but usable to vividly unimpressive and frustrating.

I have been using this app for a few months and around Xmas it started acting strange. At first it was getting slow, then not responding until you tapped what you wanted to open twice. Once you entered advanced search and were ready to look at the results, it reset. Now it is nothing but a white screen with no functions at all.
