App sometimes tells me my username and password are incorrect, but then I can log on to the web version just fine. I've also had the app tell me I don't have tickets when I do, so I have to go into the web version to find them.

Offers a minor convenience in being able to look at the schedule, if it's not during a game. Trying to scroll, even through the roster, during a game is painful at best. Understandable when I'm AT the game, but when I'm at home, it points to an underlying issue with the app and/or servers on the back end. 10/19/2019 update: still VERY lacking. Now, the schedule doesn't load fully. Shows me that there's a game next weekend, but only the opponent if I tap on it, then it's not current.

@CycloneATH just announced the new LIGHT IT UP feature for the app hit I couldn't find it in the version I had installed. Didn't see an "Update" option for the app so I uninstalled and re-downloaded/re-installed it but still don't see the feature in the menu. My wife has the iOS version and the LIGHT IT UP feature is available under the main menu. It's not a show stopper as the app still has a lot of great tools and features. Another disappointment is that the app doesn't list players' height and weight under the roster component for football or basketball

The android app for this is terrible when trying to access and download tickets. The iOS version is so much smoother. Android seems to have issues with linking to Ticketmaster and requests multiple login attempts and shows error results. Needs to be updated.

Great for following stats during games. I also use the apps to access my game ticjets. And of course the live and on demand CyclonesTV is great. Handy to have all this in one app with a clean interface. It's a must have for Cyclone fans.

If you love the Cyclones, the insight and information is great. Its fast and you have great insight to everything Cyclone.

The Cyclone Lights app never works at basketball games. (Update, 2021, still doesn't work!)

Very difficult to accept tickets. Setting up to receive tickets took 3 hours.

Wish I could receive the live content also, but the on demand content is really helpfull.

The "light it up" feature does not work for Android.

I tried to look up the kickoff for the football game vs Kansas and it still say TBA at 10 hrs before the 11am kickoff, needs to be updated badly!

Ordered pay per view and couldn't get view it. Guess the 6.95 is a donation. Won't use it again.

It is informative and keeps me up to date on all things Cyclone.

The streaming from the app is very reliable.
