total garbage. never install updates for.this app. the company has zero clue what the hell they are doing and every update will end up crashing the app! 😡
Another terrible piece of tech forced onto truckers by idiots that have never used tech or driven a truck. To add to this it eats up more battery than videos. Absolutely trash.
Terrible. Constantly malfunctions. Set yourself to off duty and disconnect youll come into being in the driving status. 4th time in 3 weeks its malfunctioned. Companies should steer away from cyntrx. Condescending customer care. Go with keep trucking.
Recent update... ever since device has issues & can't connect to Bluetooth wireless harness!
Constantly crashes. Very redundant. Not all features work.
Great ELD system. Could use more development on features for example editting logs or creating "paper logs" directly on the app.
Used them since 2019 and have no major issues. Customer service is great.

another day not working one problem after another connects then unconnect back and forth all day
The only thing I don't like is that the app turn on automatically after I been log off. I have to force the stop all day when I'm not working.

Going from on duty nd to on duty driving at 6 miles an hour should be bumped up to 10 or 15.
App is really hard on battery. It has a persistent notification icon to tell me that the service is running, the notification gives no other useful information, really annoying. Lastly there is a bug in the software that won't allow me to select a trailer. No matter how many times I use the switch equipment function it still says no trailer is in use. Overall not as intuitive as other log book apps I have used.
Not compliant. Customer service keeps bankers hours in a 24/7 industry. Still running paper back up 10 days after mandate deadline. Hope my company wakes up soon and gets one that works.
Hard to connect go,s to drive mode to soon yard moves get mixed now says needs update isn't one ?
The transfer from night mode to day mode has a chance to WHITE out the black lettering. The only way to solve the problem is to reinstall the app. (Per conversation with a company contact.)
