I don't have issues using the app, but it needs more functions. Most important one I would like to see is the ability to freeze/unfreeze debit cards. Or at the very least be able to permanently disable one even if it's irreversible. I lost my debit card outside of business hours, it took me forever to find the correct # to call, and using that automated phone system canceled all the cards on our joint account. It's incovenient, and too slow to prevent a card from being used by someone else.
Like the old app better the new one takes too long to take a photo and I don't like to picture frame format as well as the one before. The earlier app had a gray Edge on it which was nicer for taking the photos and it was more responsive. This one has too long of a delay from the time you click the shutter before it actually takes the picture!
I have already used this app to pay a bill, it was an easy process. I look forward to doing more business through this app.
I cannot access my account after the new update. I install & reinstall but it still says loading.
Sometimes when I put in my password it goes to the username while I'm typing and finishes typing password in username spot.
It used to work fine but after the last update my account won't open

Very easy-to-use and I've never not had access to my account when I needed to.
When I try to login its shows the loading screen for what seems liie an unusually long time. When I contacted tech support, I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. Do you guys know how frustrating it is to have to do that each and everytime your company updates the app? Thinking about changing banks because this is ridiculous!!! Its 2019 people. . . get with it!!!!!
They do an update that ended over 12 hours ago and still can't get into the app bad way to do business
Its hit and miss whether it will actually work. I get the email notifcation of a successful login. But the app doesn't actually login. I have to try to login two or three times before you actually connect and load. Have to force the app to close. It works best if I turn off my WiFi connection.
Must have app if you prefer easy online banking with access to all your accounts including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards. Never miss a payment again!
Since the updare to the app about 3 months ago I have to uninstall and reinstall the app each time i want to make a mobile deposit. Why- because the light feature to take the picture of the check does not work until the app is uninstalled and reinstalled. I've talked with their tech support about this, but they seem unable to comprehend the problem and get it fixed. I'm going to use a different financial institution that has an app that works all the time.
Overall the app is very easy to use. I had to get a new phone number and had to contact customer support for regaining access to the app because it wanted to notify my old number. But otherwise it's super easy and I am happy with the app.
Horrible info is wrong and all of my accounts are NOT SHOWING I have spent hours on the phone with them and still not right. Also security verification is also going to a phone I dont own and they keep saying it's fixed and it is not
App doesn't load when I log in andthe company is terrible.
I have been using this app for several years and it has always worked great, up until about first of December 2018. When I log in, it just loads and loads, so I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I need to log in. I've read some comment's below that explain how to fix the issue, but really?? Hopefully Cyprus is working with their app provider to fix the bugs and glitches.
When it's working pretty useful app. Log on issues with my Android phone are a pain. As others have experienced reinstalling just makes it worse. I have been trying to reinstall for two days now. App works just fine on my iPad. Very frustrating 😞
It worked fine for years after I updated my phone the app no longer allows me to login it continues to freeze up I uninstall then reinstall, it'll let me login maybe once then freezes back up again. This is very frustrating I love this Credit Union please fix this as soon as possible!
App has been broken for almost a year now! Why even have an app if they're going to let it be broken for so long?! It says An Unknown Error Has Occurred after you try to log in, or if you clear the app cache that error will go away for a while and instead the app will just keep loading and loading and loading and loading and do nothing....
The app worked fine until dec 18th. I have no idea what's happened, its highly annoying. I've uninstalled reinstalled so many times and nothing is working. I have to go the the website online to look at my account.
Always Secure and Easy on the Eyes. Login text message right away. Access to different accounts is easy and mobile transfers and deposits are quick and straight forward. No hassle on the app and same as on the bank myself.
I liked the older version better, I like the green when Money comes in and red when it goes out, it's hard to see transactions now
