Cyrus ONE Remote

It does the job and looks nice, but does not communicate encountered problems to the user (thus 4 stars, not five). The much mentioned issue with the blank screen when trying to select a device to be managed occurs if the GPS is off. Turn the GPS on, and the app works flawlessly. The need for GPS is mentioned at the initial setup, but it's easy to forget about it later. If instead of the blank screen an error message was displayed about missing gps access, a lot of frustration could be saved.

It's OK, but needs work. As mentioned by other users, connecting is very temperamental and only reliable when quite close to the amp, it starts at zero volume (surely we could risk starting at 1 😉) and the volume control is poor (slider too sensitive and +/- isn't sensitive enough. Still love the amp though.

Simply dose not work. It work Once. uninstall /reinstalled still nothing. Bluetooth on GPS on .app turns it's self off. Blank screen. Totally useless. What's wrong with suppling a real remote. And having a app that actually works. Very disappointed with both situations.

Doesn't work at all, blank screen when looking for device. Looks like Cyrus have given up on the app as it's not been updated since 2018, best avoid in order not to waste any time.

This app is good when it connects but quite often when asked to select device, it presents the next screen but stays blank. Also it seems to disconnect without any user input. Quite frustrating! Pitty the small Cyrus remote wasn't better but even this is very directional.

It just doesn't work and appears to have been abandoned by Cyrus. Absolute garbage and leaves me little faith in the future support the amplifier will be provided.

Barely ever connects, low range to connection, and overly sensitive controls. Terrible app, not a very good amp.

Blank screen on device selection. Auto connects for audio playback only, no remote control even though it lists as available (fails to connect)

The app refuses to see my Cyrus One Cast. Blue tooth on the phone can see the amp but this app just presents a grey screen when asked to select a device. Have tried the family phones and tablets. No joy

Works fine apart from trying to turn the volume up, more chances of the queen doing a days work.......

Very poor android app, incredibly annoying. Tried all Cyrus's troubleshooting tips and got nothing.

Works for me! Had the app installed on my phone for 4 weeks and works everytime. Happy 🙃

Great but the slider for volume is far too sensitive. Should be a simple two button up/down

Awful , worked once , won't work again , it connects but won't show any controls . Also in total agreement with Ian Evans , the slider is way too sensitive .
