Very useless app I can't access my funds. They don't even send the 6 digits for verification. Am very disappointed.
Just got an update. Do you guys have a dark mode? The upgrade is way too bright. I miss the old one.
Efficient app and a great way to earn interest and pay bills anytime anywhere
There is a lot of inconsistencies in the app in terms of calculating interests for the MMF. On some days the interests does not even update. I can often spot errors in addition between the invested amount and the interest accrued by a significant amount. At this point I am very insecure about the services of this app. I would not recommend seems like something fishy going on.
I miss my old app. I wish I never updated to this version.
The app is a waste of time. The website is more user friendly. The verification time takes too long or hangs after submission. Good investment but terrible app. We'd appreciate if you worked on your apps user interface
The new update left the app with a few problems. For instance, you cant select the product in the investment calculator or statement generation. Also sometimes it fails to log in even with the correct password.
The app login page will not accept my email/username/password which I have previously used before without a problem. An attempt to reset the same, failed multiple times. In addition the customer care number goes to voice mail. WhatsApp message is offline. Quite disappointing.
Very limited features and not worth your while. Better stick to the website. The app doesn't send a push notification to mpesa for a recharge, generates only a pdf statement and is cumbersome to use.

App keeps asking for kyc update or national Id update but when you try to update, the new entries are not saved. You will not be able to withdraw your funds once they're in.
Lately your app is not working well. After logging in one can't access anymore information. The screens returns blank. Please fix it.
Your app service are getting poorer everyday, i have uninstalled and re installed the app 3 times now. Wastage of bundles.... the app ain't working just a white display wasting my time. Very dissatisfied and Disappointed. The app was cool last year.

I registered ,was given a username and created a password....BUT when i want to login it says my password and username don't match ,yet i entered it correctly ,,i tried a new password still NO CHANGE ...pliz fix this

App not opening,after successful registration I'm redirected to a ussd no. Then whats the purpose of the app.
Poor security since it opens automatically once you tap it ,if you lost you phone one just has to tap and see your investment. Investment calculator doesn't give a choice of products , this corrected would be nice.
