Weird experience. At first I rated it only one star. Just now I added a second one. It didn't make sense to me that app does not have an option for US dollar as a "sales point". I was able to buy a ticket in Canadian CAD and my bank converted to USD. So, no problem after all. Still, app can't remember me. Each time I need to type in my name and booking code to see my electronic ticket. It almost seems like this app lags 10 years behind developments in modern travelling world.

(1) In almost two years I've seen basically 1 update (2) It still doesn't save your bookings (3) It still forgets that your CSA Ok Miles member details. In short you might as well just use their website. I have no idea why I still support such a lazy airline or why the person in charge of their website and this app hasn't yet been fired! I will remove this when those things have been solved.

Bookings not saved. Flight status is only for Prague Airport arrivals and departures, not departures from other airports. Boarding pass also not saved, you have to reenter reservation info each time.

User unfriendly overall, in the specific I couldn't rectify my seat and because of that I end up paying the seat because at the counter they couldn't change it manually! In any case it is the worst customer service I ever had. They act as low cost company even though they are not supposed to be.

Hugely inferior to other airline apps. Can't even store booked flights, constantly has to call back and pull the full webpage.

This is horrible app., so disappointed by your work. Take a good look at SAS or Norwegian airlines app for example and take a notes, how it should work.

It doesn't even have the option to show your boarding pass... Absolutely useless!

Flight information just for Prague Airport, but not updated...flight departure 1 hour late, but stated ontime and in fly.

THE WORST AIRLINES EVER, I don't recommend czech airlines, they will steal your money and kick you out, DISGUSTING service, the staff is so RUDE. less than 1 star.

Cannot find a flight I booked through CSA. The CSA website finds the flight given the same info.

This is the worst plane company app what I've ever seen

Worst app within SkyTeam. Now lost feature to display boarding pass after checkin. Can you scan other apps how it should be designed, unfortunately I am forced to use CSA even trying hard to avoid when possible.

This is the worst plane company app I have ever used. This is a shame for any decent company in the world. How is it possible to release such a worthless app? One cannot download the mobile pass with this. In the year 2017 you have a button to save a screenshot which doesn't do anything. This whole app is like a cheap layer over your website. Who thought you mobile programming? Please take a look at the Ryan Air app and embrace the future. Avoid this app with the power of 1000 suns!
