I've been using this app and it installed and found wifi networks the second try. It controls the scanner and uploads the files to the cloud. The documentation is scarce but playing around, one will explore the functionality. The scanner is the aura mate pro. It has some issues, especially for the computer software. I've found workarounds. I use Scantailor on the files. Note that I am a Cisco network engineer and have been working with computers, programming, starting with CP/M and TRS-80.

Totally impractical app. The control panel does nothing except operate the scanner as a desk lamp or a night light for the faint of heart. The pathetic manual had no guide or suggested operation of the app. The illustrations for device controls are generally illegible anyway. The scanner does work, not as well as my 3 sheet feed Brothers, but it handles books well, it is just phone control is useless.

The manual none. Difficult to use. Using a remote server and storing in a cloud (just watch what you scan)! Can only conference to 3 others its not like Skype not secure every thing going via China. No idea how others may use or how to get them onboard. The advertising implys you can use both cameras scan and foward looking to use as a teaching tool on your pc or laptop the usb only supports the scanner camera. I purchased thinking I could use with Skype or Zoom and run some teaching.

I shouldn't need a password to log in to an app to control my lamp. Maybe put the controls on the lamp itself next time, but until then please fix the app. Sound control is neat and works well, but it should be a convenience, not an annoyance.

Unreadable privacy policy, now requires an account to use. Garbage app. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Uninstalling it since the privacy policy shows up as a blank square and does not let you pass without accepting it. I don't trust czur as a cloud provider at all and I resent them for making us sign up for it to continue using hardware. I would never ever dream of using their cloud service to store anything.

Won't download after 3 hours of trying, 2 phones, neighbors wifi, direct Verizon, never completely downloads so can't use wifi function. There is a reason rated 1.3 over 30 reviews. Just got download after 4 hrs. Now wont accept scanned QR code after 1.5 hours of attempts.

App unusable which makes scanner unusable. Could not get past user registration. Never got a validation code to continue through the process. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Downloaded App to use with my new Aura Mate Pro. App download loaded and installed without issue. Registered Device and followed step to connect via WIFI -- complete failure. Phone displays SCAN and Aura Mate Pro reads from phones. Then a long delay and I get a generic cannot connect to WIFI Message. So I tried it on my iphone -- same exact sequence and failure. I am a IT Administrator of 30 years. If I am having a difficult time what must the average user think. Please help me get this to work so that I may help others as the instructions for this device are substandard. This is the second device I have bought from CZUR ( 1st was the Shine Ultra ). Why put all of the real functionality in the phone App and not in the PC ( Win/Mac ) program ? Please help -- a want to give you a good review -- but you have to earn it !!

New version available but can never install it, I Even uninstalled it and reinstalled but still same message... I scan, I see files, I convert them to pdf but can't find them in pdf version later... Not user friendly at all

I've downloaded the app and have added Aura Pro but the buttons don't control anything. Nothing happens when I try to turn off the lamp or dim it.

The Aura lamp never reacts to the sounds from this app and the automatically downloaded update of the app never installs. No, please do not ask me to shoot any video of my actions - I already waisted enough time on this junk.

Android 9 on a Nokia 5.1: App installs, but crashes on start. Can't review it, but would love to, as I can't control my CZUR Aura lamp mode anymore.

I downloaded the app. There is no QR code on the bottom of the device which the app asks for in setup nor is there any code printed on any of the packaging or the book. Where can I find this so that I can use the app.

The app says there is an update but it won't install the update. Not sure how to add my shine.

App not work with CZUR ET16 PLUS INDIA. Purchased for gujarat india, app does not add my device, your czur product is best but, have issue with app support

trying to scan the qr code and it keeps saying this device is not available in my region. what region is allowed?

This app tried to download apk outside of Google Play store. Very dodgy behaviour.

Can't even register app. I hit obtain code, it says code is sent but I have received no code on my phone .
