Frequent glitches. If I browse in my saved creatures list, creature stats and abilities get mixed together. I'll be looking at vampire and it will include abilities from the skeleton I looked up immediately before. Otherwise pretty good app. I hope patches come soon.
Very useful for looking through different creatures and jomebrewing your own although the layout isn't that great it would be better if the layout of the info and creature statistics were more similar to what is in the monster manual, also issue with adding spells to homebrew creatures
this app is great but it has some problems 1. no monsters from mordenkainens tome of foes. it has monsters from everywhere else though 2. no lair actions when looking at a monster's stat bloc, another peeve is that vulnerabilities/resistances/immunities are at the botto. 3. no lore for any monster besides these the app is great
Very useful. I recommend this to any 21st century DM. But I wish there were descriptions, or pictures, or the monsters. For instance: I have never opened a "Tales from the Yawning Portal" book. I have no idea what a Kalka-Kylla is. It would be cool if there were a brief description.
When editing multiple monster abilities with the same name, it will change every description of that ability for every monster. Making it much harder to do side by side comparisons if at all possible in the app.
Buggy results. It displays a mix of info for the monster you are currently looking for mixed with info from a creature you looked up previously. I had players rolling poison saving throws for a ghoul encounter because I had previously been looking up spiders.
this app has helped me immensely over my 3 year career as a dm, and a player, the stats are useful for beast companions and familiars as well as for dms on the go.
while it does have all the creatures available, there is no option to search for a specific creature or NPC in any of the standardized campaigns.
amazing app works well i just think it would be better if you were able to set a range of challenge ratings
Fantastic app, easy to use and navigate! Any chance there will be an update with the monsters and npcs from the new modules any time soon?
Being able to save and edit the save monster is great good for having all you need for Encounters in one place
Great app, the only issue is that when you save multiple creatures their actions generally end up getting mixed up
Great app, but a description of the monsters or a picture of them would be very nice
I love the app, the only fown side is the ability to organize saved monsters into folders
I would like if you had the option to favorite some creatures for later quick reference.
Amazing source. My dnd books are no longer with me so this gives me all the help I need for making my encounters
Exactly what i was looking for. All the monsters i need, on a moments notice :)
One of my favorite bestiarys to use but it would be cooler if u could organize the saved monsters
The editing function of monsters to make them your own is worth money when it comes to DM prep efficiency! Get this app for sure!
This app is great for finding monsters for any campaign or for making your own monsters for your own campaign
It kinda became useless when i realised that i needed internet connection to load the app.
Great though its missing a few creatures from other official dnd manuals. I.e. windigo
The app is great, being able to pull up a creatures stats at a moment's notice is super useful as both a dm and a pc who is supposed to be a walking index or monster hunter. The ability to create new and modify existing monsters is also nice, the only problem I've had with it so far is that it doesn't include anything from Mordekainen's and beyond, which can be frustrating when you need something from one of those books and can't get them.
