it has some really nice features downsides ive found that are glaring is when you write to pdf it just over writes the existing file instead of naming it the character name and then a brief optional company name after. also being able to set a level would be nice instead of getting a level 1 every time as well as a stat range instead of getting 4-6 on a stat. also getting the right high primary stat for certain classes like sorc=charisma.
Good for creating custom NPCs, my only wish is that there was a edit button when your rolling the names of a NPC, changing the stats, etc. I mostly just print it off then edit it with a pen, but if you add where I can edit it on the app, that would save a step.
turn sideways, lose 20 mins. of customization. can't edit dice rolls without them automatically reverting. no not item or weapon customization. no load feature. patch this and I'll edit my review. 1 star due to the only app with a printable sheet when you are done.
checking it out it doesn't have all the classes. and if it does, the randomness sucks.
locking a roll doesn't work. it still rolls it if you hit roll on the stat. when fixed will be 5 stars
Like this app for the most part, but I really don't like that you can't adjust the level of the npc generated.
Makes my DND character creation quick and easy!

Nice app! Thanks for your efforts and for sharing. Any plans to allow custom content (within the categories provided, of course)? Perhaps via xml import? Checked out the latest improvements. The long press to edit entries works well. The xml and PDF exports are excellent! I will be using those quite a bit in the near future. Thanks for your efforts!

I just wish I could manually set fields from a drop-down and then lock them.
Much better with new updates. Runs fine on Android 8.0. Good quick NPC generator with relatively rich narrative components. Doesn't generate stats, so if that's important perhaps combine this with another tool.
The only thing that stopped me from giving this 5 stars was the lack of name/race/gender block. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It generates an NPC's occupation, appearance, their best and worst stat, talents and mannerisms, how they interact with others, what useful knowledge they have, their ideals, bonds, and flaws. No hard numbers for rolling, but very good for role playing reasons.
It would be perfect if it made them a character sheet so perfect I would pay for it seeing as when you make a npc players usually kill them
It is a pretty decent app. Very customisable in the fact you can select which books you want content from, and its even has multiple "universes" for keeping track of different campaigns. The UI could be a bit better as it takes some experimentation to learn but otherwise no complaints.
