D.L. Evans Bank Mobile Banking

App no longer works. Only shows a blank white screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No change.

Cannot access via the app. Getting some security issue. Will probably just close accounts and move to more modern provider.

Won't let you use the app with USB debugging on. This is bad. This affects all devices with USB debugging enabled. And now it automatically closes the app if you have this turned on leaving you a very small window of time to figure out why it won't let you log in. This could easily be fixed by implementing a toggle in settings which, if turned on, will allow a user to log into the app while USB debugging is on. Give choice to the user please.

Still a great bank. The app works well if your tasks are exceedingly simple (i.e. checking your immediate balance.) I'm just frustrated with the rough edges of the app. Can't access transactions older than 30 days in the app, have to log in through a browser. And the check-detection algorithm has gotten dumber, often it doesn't recognize checks and any checks that come attached to a statement must be detached from it to deposit them, meaning it's just easier to lose one piece or the other. Write something better.

The 11 August update of your Android app is still broken. It launches (which is an improvement in and of itself), but errors out saying, "An error has occurred. Please call for assistance." This is as far as I can get. The app worked just fine for years. But then the latest Android update utterly broke it. I give you two stars because I see you're trying. But you aren't there yet. I anxiously await the next update.

August 11 update seems to have fixed the crashing from the June update. Leaving 3 stars now because it shouldn't take 2 months to fix such a crucial app. Original review: Love the bank, but since the June 16th update, the app errors out on my LG V40. Either roll back to the previous version (which worked) or fix it. It's been almost 2 months now and, as you can see from the most recent reviews, it is impacting your reputation. It makes me wonder what else doesn't work correctly at the bank.

World great I love it i can check my balance when ever it does take time to open sometimes but not all the time

Easy to use this app, for deposits, transfers and most all your banking needs.

App is broken and won't open. It has been this way for months. I expected it would have been fixed by now.

I like biometric login but only having the past 30 days of transactions with no option to view statements is a bit of a drag. Forces me to log in to a computer to check month old or more transactions. This is especially problematic if I am trying to verify a cleared check, compare monthly expenses, or see past balances. Fix and it is a solid banking app with card control, account info, etc. No Zelle access on Smasung Device? Why not?

I like being able to see my accounts and keep a running balance of all my accounts. Thank you

Banking app gets better and better. I would prefer updates and features came more frequently but they have been improving it more recently. I appreciate fingerprint login, very much! A few things i would improve: app icon (rounded option for Android), ability to search for a transaction, better visibility on deposits vs. debits (and a running account total before said deposit or debit).

Great app and easy to use but they need to update it so that it works with face ID. When I had a phone that used a fingerprint scanner that was fine. But now that I've upgraded to a phone that uses face ID, I hate having to type in my password every single time.

Originally, the app wasn't working properly. After I contacted them, I received an email, a personal phone call, and the app was fixed quickly. Now it works great! Fast customer service and so convenient!

love the app.It's so easy and convenient. Anytime i want i can transfer money or just keep tabs on my account. I know right away if something fishy is going on with my account and can fix it before it gets out of hand. Super happy with this app.

When it works, it's fine. For the last 2½ years I cannot use after 10:00 PM. The log-in page is frozen and will not let me use until banking hours the next day. Not an isolated incident. Every time it's after 10:00 PM I'm locked out, which is extremely inconvenient. And the bank has no idea why so it's never fixed.

8/12/2021 been having problems now for about a month trying to access my account from my phone. I keep getting error. If i shut my phone down and reboot i can access the DL Evans app and if i try to get back on it says error. I went into the bank and everything they tried didnt work. I'm alittle disappointed with the app. I have uninstalled and re installed same thing happens ERROR.

Making internal transfers and mobile deposits are quick and easy, plus the app is secure by requiring a login each time it's opened and not allowing screenshots to be taken. Overall user friendly app

March 23 2022 App still not working on my phone. Been 1 full week now Any closer to getting it fixed? Mobile Banking is my best friend

This app used to work just fine. Now it errors out when I try to open it, rendering it worthless. So, now I have no way to deposit checks via mobile deposit which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

Thus is the WORST banking app ever!!!!! It never works. Won't open. If it even gets to the main screen it crashes immediately.

App worked great at first, I had to get a new phone and now the app does not even open. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. Shut down phone and reset to no avail.

Seems to only work during normal open hours? 9-5ish. Maybe it's because they don't want you to try and make transfers and deposits while they are closed. however it would be nice to be able to check my balance when I need to and I am almost never trying to check between 9-5

This app does everything I need or want it to. Takes mobile deposits, tells me all I want to know about my card and accounts. And does it all well. I feel completely comfortable and secure using this app...... What more could a girl want? (But, If you find a way to get these apps to create dollars, you be sure and let me know, okay)?

Its fine when it comes to seeing how much is in my account but it doesn't have an option for zelle even though zelle says it's built in there. So the only way to use zelle is the app but it doesn't even have the option for it on there.

Awful since the update, it crashes alot and won't work when I need it to, it was working perfectly fine before but now it's not

I have been using the app for years now, I have always loved the app. It has had some glitches but nothing I couldn't handle. It is so convenient and easy to use. Thanks for such a great app.
