Worst app ever. Asks for username and password every single time i click on advanced settings and even after i enter the password the home screen comes for one second and it again starts asking the username and password. Using 192.168.0.1 is much much better than using this disgusting app with the worst ui.

App working fine with DIR-612, but when i try to access my another router Model DIR-806a app crashes and closed... any suggestions please let me know....

How many time u entered the correct password it still shows incorrect password

App constantly requests access via notification to each and every Gmail account that is on my device. Other than that it does its job and is much simpler than using a web interface on the mobile. The PC web interface is still the best but this works just as well for times when you can't use the pc.

AMAZING, This little app has FULL access to my DIR-882, I don't even need to open a web browser to change settings. The only minus is that its compact and missing some small information that you can see in the brwser, for example when you open the Port Settings it wont show the status of Flow Control, even if rotate the phone into Widescreen format. But its FULL complete firmware access, it has every single settings the direct browser one has and so far it never crashed. P.S. I don't understand why people above gave it such low rating and called it useless, its normal app that works and does what it supposed to do.

Worst app. Changing password and username takes a lot of time. Once the app starts loading it never stops! No wifi schedular, no signal power adjustment, no bandwdth control, no guest profiles, no parental control, no firewall, no blacklisting. This app has nothing. Neither is it user friendly. D'link has ruined its reputation.

And its better to specify time for auto reboot instead of seconds being entered. It will be easier if we can input time for auto reboot. And idle time to auto reboot should have option to enable or disable it some may not consider idle time and want to reboot on time. If device wont be idle it wont reboot automatically forever untill it is done manually.

This app is flawless and after the update it is working very smooth too. Just wanted to let u know that I am having DIR 615 router and I connected to it over WiFi with my smartphone and after installing this app I run it directly so the app was pretty much smart to discover which router I am using n shown me that it is DIR 615 router which I was connected too. So quick I entered my login credentials of the router and got login to it via this app. It is an amazing experience, Kudos to D-Link.

Not intuitive at all. I have the latest firmware for my DIR-825 AC1200 with the "Russion 3.0.0" and there is nothing newer available. Yet the app keeps stating I need "he application handles only firmware version 3.x.x..." Asus does this much better with their routers.

I am using D-Link DIR-825 router firmware version v7.12, But your D-Link assistant app shows up with an issue that, "The application handles only firmware version 3.x.x (or higher) of Russian development department" but my router firmware version is already higher version since it is v7.12, kindly need help and support my router

DWR-921. H.W:C-3,F.W:3.1.6. They have sold expensive router but no firmware upgradation from them.They developed rubbish "Dlink assistant app".No schedule reboot option and no better facility .GUI is rubbish.Everybody is commenting negatively but they don't care about it.I am more than hopeless.

This is totally a garbage app.No cloud account supports.

This is just the app you need if u have a D-Link router that the app supports. But the thing is that the app requests permission for the google accounts I have in my device. I read that this is an optional feature and we can also keep it off. But why would we need to store our information in an Google account? Its not that my information goes away if I delete the app. I just need my username and pass and its there. So my request to the app developers, please explain this thing clearly, its scary

Does not connect to dwr921 router. Firmware version = 3.1.6 DWR-921 Using this app, I am not able to login with username / password incorrect error is coming. But with same usernmae and password login works fine on the browser.

Bought the DAP 1620 wifi extender. On the box it states for easy setup use the dlink assistant app. While trying to connect to the exdener alwayes saya that this device is not compatible or something

Works for a while... Since 10-feb-2021 can't login in router's app interface (on an Android 10 Moto G7Play). Once (seems to) let me in but only show a white empty screen. Even if the login acces data are good, the apps keep showing login fields (no error info). Reinstall not fix it.

This app scans your signed google accounts, and asks to login to those accounts. It's very suspicious that a router console app asks for credentials which has nothing to do with it.

Crashing at the time of loading. The only workaround is to open it multiple times until loading is completed. Request to fix this big bug.

The application doesn't accept credentials, it works fine via web though. It was working fine until yesterday. Model: DIR825ACG1 Firmware version: 3.0.6

The setup is extremely difficult. Moreover, there are six instances of my phone connected. I don't know if it's a problem with my app or my device.

It asks me to login, the username and password says "admin" and "admin" on the device but it keeps saying that the credentials are wrong it has not option for "forgot password" or anything to actually create a new username and/ or password.

Horrible experience. Keeps asking the permission to access Google accounts. Always shows the permanent notification regarding the same.

Doesn't work with my DAP 1620. Cannot connect to extender although it is visible on network. Unable to reset to factory settings with steps listed.

Please make your UI easy to understand and also give proper attention to security features,as app does not block automatically other devices which tries to attemp connect to WiFi....refer MiWIFi app...hope it is helpful

Unable to auto config...!? Buz it says the devices is unknown firmware. The app just support firmware from version 3 and +....!? What I can do....😢 Please help..... My device firmware version is 1.00(DU) Model:DWR-921

admin just tell me why this application requires my gmail account permission ?? it wants permission for every single gmail account in my phone !?? edit- I denied many times but it asks again and again!! edit -2 yes , it's happening in current version too .. I updated my app but it's still happening and now uninstalled

DIR825ACG1 Good App, but need some features, like schedule option. I used to have that in the old orange gui, but that option is not available in this bule white gui. Please make it available in this UI.
