After the latest update on October 2019, it's not working properly. Not showing live videos Tried to uninstall and install, then it not getting connected to the device. Keep on getting message as connections failed.
A lot of improvement has to be done, sometimes it doesn't detect my cc cams, preview can't be viewed properly, crashes often. Overall you need a professional software development team.
After updating my note 10 to android 11 and Samsung OneUI 3, this app starts with a white screen and I have to wait for more than a minute before the D-Link logo and choice of device (nvr) are display. Before updating it was working fine. Please check and update for android 11. [Update] The 30 April 2021 update solved my problem. Thanks!
The app is unclear and very difficult to use. The old devices are greyed out and keep piling up on the home screen. The switch in network resets the contents which downgrades the purpose of the application.
after the upgrade. the live video automatically pauses and have to the next camera.multiple times to view live video Again. and after the upgrade many times view becomes black and there is no streaming
The app when opened ,every time the pics are clicked with out even pressing the camera button clicks. It thus appear suspicious app as pics are clicked automatocally by app itself. No click sounds but the auto clicked pics appear in gallery.
worst CCTV app ever used, need to reboot DVR when ever I try to Connect through cloud. for sure I am going replace it with local brand at least it works better then dlink. I would give you -ve 100 stars if I have option
It is working perfect, Added device details not showing, Again i am trying to add device but it is already exist message only showing what should I do now please suggest, problem solved l have cleared cache and data now it is working perfect...
It's a wonderful and useful app. However earlier I was able to playback on the app as well but not able to do it now, it just reboots everytime....can anyone help..
very very bad app. this app developer was sleeping? because very very slow and loading and stuck problem and not quality video stearing. zoom option very worst
This latest update is not working. not clear view getting lining in app. old one is good but latest update is not good.
Waste app ,plz don't prefer dlink cameras and this app .it doesnt work properly ,this app doesn't support in all mobiles.hikvision is 100 times better than this

Playback query barely works. Live feed is ok. Tried refreshing multiple times but no use....
very very very bad app. this version very very worst. very loading and can't view video and very very slow. Dvr is online but this app still not visible so very very frustrated and very bad customer support

App once open..the camera clarity is not clear.
Stupid application, no much features in the application, no matter how fast is your internet connection, this application works very slowly, motion detection and tamper detection doesn't work promptly, mostly gives delayed alerts all at once. No face detection feature, no additional features. I hate this application but only because I can't change the DVR, I am forced to use this stupid application. lot of improvements and updates have to be done in the application.
