This app doesn't load the camera on single go even after having proper internet connection with wifi. It keeps on showing connecting and then we have to load this app multiple times to load the camera

This app doesn't work when I switch from mobile data to WiFi all of a sudden. I tried to open via mobile data it worked and when I tried to use it via WiFi it doesn't seem to work.

Says "Connect fail" after i connected once . Second time i tried to connect its not able. A company like D-Link not able to provide a good app . Its sad.
