D-LUX View

For use with the LUX DVR (LUX-T4 / LUX-T8 / LUX-T16) and NVR (LUX-N4 / LUX-N8 / LUX-N16) products. The D-LUX View uses the latest technology and software so you can setup your remote monitoring connection, which you will use to setup up the device on the app. You will have a constant remote monitoring connection to your CCTV system so you can check on your property, possessions or persons in the palm of your hand.
Once you have completed the quick and simple setup process, you will then be able to select and choose the live camera video feeds you wish to view. As long as there is a strong broadband or 3G/4G mobile data signal connection you will be able to login into the device from anywhere in the world. At the same time you can take photo snapshots of live video footage and store it to your phone for evidence collection.

The other main feature to this app is its ability to playback the recorded footage on the DVR / NVR to your smart phone. Just select the time and date of the when the footage was recorded and it will play what it has recorded from that point.

App stopped working! It will not connect back to my system. My wife has an iPhone and she is still able to view the cameras over her phone through our carrier. I emailed their technical support and haven't received a response back from them. I have a Google Pixel 3.

The app worked great at first. However, as time went on, it became less dependable. Now, it will not even connect to my cameras. Disappointing! Now I have useless cameras attached to my house!

No longer works. Used to be great last year. Now have a new Lux security DVR and the app won't connect to it. QR code scam fails. Manual input doesn't connect. App is worthless. Their website is down. No one to complain to or get answers from.

This app has not worked since our alarm system got installed. It only worked the day of and have no video connection since. It is very disappointing to pay for a service that you can't even use.

Always crashing! Now it won't work at all! After this last update, it doesn't show any of my cameras. I wonder if other brands are this crappy! I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone! Wish I could give it zero stars!!!

I replaced my phone and got a Pixel XL. The app didn't work very well so I contacted the company and send them screenshots of what I what I having a problem with. They have great customer support and responded back within the same day telling me that they were working on an update for the app. I just noticed the update so I went back into the app and used it and it is perfect. I've had several different security systems with different apps and nothing works as good as this one. Thank you customer support for listening and taking care of the matter in such a short time frame. Anybody that had anything negative to say needs to go back and reuse the app and see the difference. They will change their 1 Stars to 5 immediately. GREAT APP!!!!!

Upgrading my rating from a 1 star, to a 3 star. Still has multiple glitches, but waaaaaay less problems than it used to have. Currently experiencing an issue with not being able to view individual cameras in full screen mode, uninstalled/reinstalled but doesn't help.

Might be ok.....IF IT WORKED ! Consistency is is key. It does me no good to only view my cameras sometimes. If there was a way to get rid of it I would. Complaint lodged with my installer/provider requesting something else. If anyone says your cameras will be remote viewed through this app, just save the time and tell them your not interested.

You can only verify new devices when your phone is connected to 4g. When your phone is connected to wifi you cannot verify devices or view cameras. You must be using 4g to get this app to work. I think this is completely ridiculous. I have tablets that only have wifi so I can't view my cameras on them because of this issue. If this gets fixed then I will give 4 stars. Also the OS for the cameras themselves is ridiculously hard to operate unless you are a security camera expert. I don't even know how to turn them on or off because it's just so stupidly designed. The app is very simple, make a whole new OS with a simple, straight forward design that is super easy to operate, like the app.

Worked pretty good on Galaxy s6 but just got Pixel 2 XL. Having problems viewing a single channel when double tapping on it. Still shows it in the grid format but with only with the top left "grid" showing any feed while having the rest of the picture blacked out

Works greats. All the functions for all my devices to include android and apple allow me to utilize all aspects of my cameras. Some minor tweaking needed for nougat on android.

The app works fairly well on my phone. PTZ functions are not perfect but ok. My biggest complaint is that it is not compatible with my Android TV. It is 2017. You are behind the power curve.

When you try to back out of the app by pressing the 'back' button it says "Press Again To Exist" pretty sure y'all meant Exit, not Exist. ;)

This app really needs some work. I keep hoping there will be an update but it crashes all the time. I've been using for 4 months now and still can't figure out how to do playback, it's very awkward and NOT intuitive. This is a case where the cameras themselves have high quay specs but the software makes these specs where they have no real benefit. And yes, this program crashes EVERY time I use it!! The PC web browser software is just as bad if not worse.

Very bad video quality, image is pixeley and out of focus. When I use the DVR on TV the image is crystal clear and this app worked fine when I had an Apple phone, now using an Android Google Pixel and the quality is terrible! Would not recommend for the Android.
